The Cleaning Lady season 4 is all set to premiere on March 25, 2025. The Fox crime drama has accumulated a huge fanbase over the last three years. Based on the Argentine series La chica que limpia, the show revolves around Thony De La Rosa, a former surgeon turned janitor.

Thony is a Cambodian-Filipino woman who lives in Las Vegas on an expired visa while seeking treatment of her son, who has a rare illness. While working as a cleaning lady, she witnesses a murder, which gets her embroiled in the criminal world.

The previous season ended on a high note as Thony lost a close friend to the cartel. The former surgeon will now return in The Cleaning Lady season 4 and face some new challenges. Here is all you need to know about the upcoming installment.

The Cleaning Lady Season 4: release date

The Cleaning Lady season 4 will debut on Fox on Tuesday, March 25, 2025. The number of episodes in the season is yet to be confirmed. The show will likely follow a weekly release schedule with a new episode coming out every Tuesday.

Deadline has reported that this new season will run uninterrupted, meaning there will be no mid-season breaks. For audiences who prefer to watch shows on streaming platforms, the upcoming installment will be available on Hulu.

The Cleaning Lady Season 4: storyline

In the fourth season, Thony is done being controlled by the criminal world and returns to the medical profession by joining a community hospital as a surgical intern. However, she is unable to escape her past, and once again has to work for the Sin Cara cartel, this time as a mob doctor.

The official logline for The Cleaning Lady season 4 reads:

“After three seasons of being a pawn caught between the FBI and the world of organized crime, Thony makes the bold decision to take charge of her own destiny — by exchanging her cleaning lady uniform for the scrubs of a surgical intern at a small community hospital.”

“Thony’s return to the medical career she sacrificed for her son, Luca, opens a new path to citizenship for them both. But in order to make this happen, she must continue her service to the Sin Cara cartel — not as a cleaning lady, but as the new mob doctor — bringing her ever closer to Jorge, the cartel’s brooding new leader.”

The Cleaning Lady Season 4: cast

The upcoming season features a mix of returning and new cast members. Élodie Yung reprises her lead role as Thony De La Rosa and is joined by Martha Millan, who returns as Fiona De La Rosa. Sean Lew and Faith Bryant also reprise their roles as Thony’s children: Chris and Jaz, respectively.

However, Sebastien and Valentino LaSalle— the twins who played Thony’s youngest child, Luca, for three seasons— have been replaced by Khalen Roman Sanchez. Other returning cast members include Kate Del Castillo as Ramona and Santiago Cabrera as Jorge.

Eva De Dominici is not expected to return as her character, Nadia, died in the previous season’s finale. Additionally, Actor Adan Canto, who played gangster Arman Morales in the first two seasons, tragically passed away in 2024. As a result, his character has been written off the show and will not appear in the fourth season.

Meanwhile, Daniel Bonjour has joined the series as Sean Dupont, a doctor at the community hospital. Alain Uy is also a new addition to the cast and will play Feng, a man associated with some of the most dangerous criminals. The complete cast list is as follows:
