The crime thriller, The Cleaning Lady Season 4, premiered in March 2025. The series follows Élodie Yung’s Thony De La Rosa living a double life as a surgeon for a criminal organization and a cleaning lady, on an expired Visa in Las Vegas.
The new season brings Thony trying to enter a new position as a surgical intern in a community hospital, but she is still a part of the Sin Cara cartel as their doctor, which might bring new challenges in her life.
The Cleaning Lady Season 4 episode 4, Suspicious Minds, will premiere on April 15, 2025. It will air at 8 p.m. ET on Fox. The episode will also be available on Hulu the next day.

What might happen in The Cleaning Lady Season 4 Episode 4?
Episode 4, titled Suspicious Minds, might see more of Jorge trying to prove and settle his claim as the new leader of the Sin Cara cartel while Thony is struggling to maintain her double life of being a doctor for Jorge’s cartel and also working as a surgical intern. What happened in The Cleaning Lady Episode 3?
In the previous episode, Jorge finds out that Neto was the one who tried to kill him and Thony, and kills him in the desert during a knife fight in front of cartel members, elucidating his new position as the leader of the cartel.
Elsewhere, Fiona is still having difficulties managing her struggling cleaning business and tries to begin a new job as a cab driver.
Later, he gives Thony the money he found in the desert, hidden by Rex at the beginning of the episode, to give it to his family as Thony had promised Rex. However, she is being spied on, as someone clicks pictures of her after she leaves Rex’s house.
This might bring new twists and dangers in Thony’s life further in the upcoming episode of The Cleaning Lady.
