An unseen clip recently surfaced showing The Challenge 40 star Theo Campbell talking to the mother of his child over a video call. As the clip states, Theo was on a video call with Sapphire Yhnell, with whom Theo shares a son.
Sapphire, over the video call, asks Theo how he was.
"Surviving. Anyday could be my day (of elimination) so I don't know. What about you?" shared Theo.
Soon, Theo's son starts crying, and Theo tries to comfort him over the call. Sapphire then shared that they had just had a "nice bath" and were going to bed. She also added that their son would be starting "proper nursery" from Monday.
Theo couldn't believe it and shared that hearing such made him "homesick." The Challenge 40 star revealed losing a "lot of" weight and getting his "abs" back.
Theo could be seen lifting his t-shirt and showing his abs over the video call. Sapphire confirmed and shared that his belly fat was gone. He then said that it was the body "she fell in love" with.
"It's f****** nearly back, and really I'm so in quite good shape."
Sapphire asked if his arms had "gone through," which Leo declined. She then talked about how they went to "a jungle gym thing."
"We went to, like, a jungle gym thing, and he was holding on to monkey bars, and he outheld everybody."
Theo recalled how whenever he goes to the gym and takes his son with him, he hangs him on the "top of" monkey bars.
Sapphire was surprised to see the little kid "doing that." She added that he wasn't "stopping."
"Like, his endurance was going up and down doing it for ages."
Later on the video call, Theo could be seen sharing,
"I'm sorry, I'm away for so long but even if we're not together, whatever, I am still trying to help you. I mean you're my son's mother. I wanna try and be, come home more, helpful."
Sapphire ended the call by telling Theo to take care of himself and not to lose any more weight.
For fans who don't know, Theo shares a son with Sapphire Yhnell, who is a model and influencer. At the time of his son's birth, Theo shared an Instagram post with a caption, part of which reads,
"Dam, my replacement is here - 21 hours later and he's here I can't believe the joy I had looking into the eyes of my baby boy. I only told a few friends and family so for most people will be massive surprise seeing this. Over the past 4 years having a private life isn't really a thing so being able to keep this private has been so nice."
While Theo didn't confirm Sapphire's identity at the time of his son's birth, Sapphire later confirmed via her Instagram page.
