Nehemiah Clark's stomach condition becoming painful to watch
Who would have thought that a challenger would enter with a lot of "puke" and "pain" in the Reunion? Well, Nehemiah Clark did. It was unfortunate to watch him suffering from an intense stomach growling that led him to go to and fro to the medics backstage.
What was more unfortunate when he left his mike mistakenly on while puking. Nehemiah remarked:
"I have a little stomach condition and Amsterdam tried to get the best of me."
Michele taking a dig at CT
How would you feel if a fellow contestant just called you "overrated"? CT would know as Michele took almost zero seconds to take a dig at him. However other challengers did not seem pleased with her remark including her boyfriend Devin, who said:
"Sorry babe, you're on your own."
Tori Deal calling herself "overrated"
One of the top finalists, Tori Deal, expressed her disappointment when she just missed the coin count by 1000 during the final performance. However, her fellow challengers were quick to prompt that she had than exhausting elimination battle with Cara Maria before her final performance.
But, maybe she had high expectations from herself, and rightly so.
The showmances continue despite the distance
Olivia-Theo and Devin-Michele confirmed that their relationship was getting stronger than ever despite their facing a long-distance relationship. Olivia jokingly mentioned that she could get the "Theo" tattoo, which was real, removed if things go wrong as she owns a tattoo shop.
For Devin and Michele, the showmance was flared before The Challenge 40, and Devin had some promising things to say. He remarked:
"I don't think I'm the marriage type, but if I would marry anyone, it would be Michele."
The Challenge 40 star, Laurel Stucky, and Cara Maria continue to bicker
It seems that the clash between Laurel and Cara Maria cannot be ever called "so last season" as both the challengers continued to put dirt on each other. For the fans who have been engrossed in their beef since Season 39, would have had one last tea after all.
Laurel defended herself by saying that she did not earn all that Cara Maria had unleashed on her. On the other hand, Cara justified by saying that Laurel gets "too low" with her digs sometimes.
