The Boys Season 5 stars Jared Padalecki and Misha Collins talk about the Supernatural reunion 

While The Boys Season 5 is in production, two new actors are joining the cast and reuniting with their former cast member, Jensen Ackles. Fans of Supernatural already know that Jared Padalecki and Misha Collins, two of the show's biggest stars, are reuniting with Jensen Ackles in the highly anticipated The Boys Season 5.

Supernatural fans are beyond excited to see all three actors work together again in The Boys Season 5.

Speaking about joining the cast of The Boys, Jared Padalecki said to Business Insider,

“I don’t know a whole lot about it, which is effing terrifying,”

Speaking about how much screen time he might share with Jensen, he said,

“I don’t know what we’re doing. I don’t know if we like, bump into each other. I don’t know much about it. They’re still trying to write and figure out who’s gonna be there. But it’ll be the end of this month,”

Jared Padalecki jokingly spoke about how he thinks he needs to prepare for the role, saying,

“Literally my text to Eric Kripke was like, ‘Hey, if I’m getting naked, just give me like a month’s notice to eat broccoli and rice and chicken breasts and all day long just sit there doing push-ups,'”

Misha Collins did not speak about the reunion directly. He posted a few pictures on Instagram where he is sitting in Dean’s 1967 Chevy Impala with Jared Padalecki, Jensen Ackles, and Ruth Connell, who played Rowena in Supernatural. Misha captioned it with,

’Our innocent reunion the Impala this weekend quickly took a turn…’’

While fans are busy speculating what Misha Collins' post could mean, the most logical reason behind the post might be a slight reminder that the cast of Supernatural is reuniting soon. While they have not revealed a lot about Jensen, Jared, and Misha's dynamic in The Boys Season 5, the post is probably Misha's way of reminding us that the cast of Supernatural is stronger than ever.
