The popular sitcom, The Big Bang Theory, introduced us to the beloved, smart but awkward group of friends and further showed us one of their childhoods with a spinoff, Young Sheldon. After the huge popularity of both shows, the franchise further expanded with Georgie & Mandy's First Marriage, which depicts Sheldon Cooper’s older brother, Georgie (Montana Jordan), marrying Emily Osment’s Mandy and their story of raising their daughter, CeeCee.
Through several mentions in The Big Bang Theory and later showcasing their story from the beginning in Young Sheldon, Georgie and Mandy’s story is highlighted, which is then explored in the new spinoff. In Young Sheldon, Georgie and Mandy’s first meeting and the birth of their daughter are depicted, and in The Big Bang Theory, it is mentioned that Georgie had an ex-wife. Through this new series, more about their relationship is being revealed.

1) Mandy and Georgie’s first meeting and first date (Young Sheldon, Season 5, Episode 11)
In the Young Sheldon episode titled A Lock-In, a Weather Girl, and a Disgusting Habit, the first meeting of Georgie and Mandy occurs, and that too in Meemaw’s laundromat. Georgie asks Mandy out on a date, and they both end up lying about their ages, as Mandy says she is 25 and Georgie tells her he is 21.
Although at the end of the date, Mandy reveals her true age and tells him that she is 29. However, Georgie still continues to maintain his lie.
2) Mandy’s pregnancy and Georgie’s age revelation (Young Sheldon, Season 5, Episode 17)
In the episode titled A Solo Peanut, a Social Butterfly and the Truth, their casual relationship turns tumultuous in the aftermath of major revelations. After Meemaw’s persuasion, Georgie finally goes to tell Mandy about his real age of being a 17-year-old and also gets another shocking piece of news: Mandy is pregnant.
Mandy is stunned by both the facts and tries to distance herself from Georgie for a while. On the other hand, Georgie tries to be there for Mandy in this time of crisis. In the subsequent episodes, he decides to marry Mandy, and the decision is supported by his mother but not by his father.
3) Mandy moves into Georgie’s garage room (Young Sheldon, Season 6, Episode 3)
Georgie asks Mandy to live with him in his garage after she gets evicted from her apartment in the episode titled, Passion's Harvest and a Sheldocracy. In the later episodes, Georgie gets to meet Mandy’s parents, who are not thrilled to see them together, but Georgie makes it clear to them that he is marrying Mandy and that they will have a grandchild soon.
4) Mandy gives birth to CeeCee (Young Sheldon, Season 6, Episode 14)
In episode 14 of Season 6, titled A Launch Party and a Whole Human Being, Mandy goes into labor, and Sheldon helps in taking her to the hospital. Georgei begins having doubts about becoming a father, and to avoid those thoughts, he accompanies Sheldon to his launch party for his database.
However, he overcomes his fear and reaches the hospital just before his daughter is born, who is later named Constance.
5) Georgie proposes to Mandy (Young Sheldon, Season 6, Episode 17)
In this episode, Georgie breaks up with the girl named Amber after she shares her thoughts about children and parenting, which he did not like. He later comes back home and, in a tender moment between the new family, tells Mandy to marry him.
Mandy is caught off guard by Georgie's proposal, as she is still not ready to get married but wants to be with Georgie.
In episode 21, Mandy and Georgie spend time together on a spa trip to resolve their issues regarding their relationship. Mandy finally agrees to marry Georgie in the episode.
6) Mandy and Georgie’s wedding (Young Sheldon, Season 7, Episode 7)
A wedding for which planning had begun at the end of Season 6 finally took place in Season 7, episode 7, titled A Tougher Nut and a Note on File. Mandy already rejected the idea of a grand wedding, and later they got married in an intimate ceremony with only their families present.
7) Mandy and Georgie move into her parents' home (Georgie & Mandy's First Marriage, Season 1, Episode 1)
The events pick up from after Mandy and Georgie get married in Young Sheldon. The couple moves into the McAllister home as Georgie starts working for Mandy’s father, Jim, in his auto and tire shop.
The show will further show us a glimpse of Georgie and Mandy’s marriage and the eventual divorce that was revealed in The Big Bang Theory.
8) Georgie and Mandy’s divorce is mentioned in The Big Bang Theory Season 12
In episode 23 of The Big Bang Theory Season 12, titled The Change Constant, Sheldon briefly mentions that after winning the Nobel Prize, both of Georgie’s first and second wives texted him to congratulate him. Therefore, teasing a tumultuous marriage between the young couple in the future episodes of the new spinoff show.
