The latest season of The Bachelor may be over, but the drama isn’t. Season 29 lead Grant Ellis has found himself at the center of yet another headline. This time, it has nothing to do with roses or proposals. Instead, it’s all about social media.

Ellis recently unfollowed former Bachelorette contestant Tyler Cameron. The reason? Many believe it stems from Cameron’s public support for Litia Garr, the runner-up from Ellis’ season. Of course, this move didn’t go unnoticed by Bachelor Nation. Fans quickly speculated about the fallout and what may have led to it.

Ellis himself addressed the situation. But instead of linking it to The Bachelor finale drama, he pointed to Tyler’s opinion on rapper Kendrick Lamar. With so many moving parts in this story, let’s break down what really happened.

Social media and the impact on The Bachelor franchise

This situation highlights a growing trend in The Bachelor universe. More than ever, contestants are using social media to share their thoughts, address drama, and connect with fans. In the past, these conversations were limited to post-show interviews. Now, they unfold in real time.

Tyler Cameron’s TikTok is a prime example of how social media can shift the narrative. His post quickly gained attention and had fans questioning Ellis’ motives. On the other hand, Ellis’ response showed how contestants can control their own stories by addressing rumors head-on.

Tyler Cameron's Support for Litia Garr

Tyler Cameron made it clear that he was in Litia Garr’s corner. In a TikTok posted on March 26, he called out Grant Ellis in a playful yet pointed way.

"Litia, I’m going to apologize because I was unfamiliar with your game because you have massive real estate right here, in Grant’s head," he said, tapping his forehead.

Cameron went on to reveal that he and Ellis had previously exchanged friendly messages.

"Before The Bachelor, when he was announced, I gave him a shout-out on Nick Viall’s podcast, all these things. He’s like, ‘You’re the man, TC,’ on DMs."

But after Cameron posted a joke about Litia, he realized something had changed; Ellis had unfollowed him.

"I go look after I made this funny post about you because I had a feeling. And he did. He unfollowed me!"

Tyler said. He wrapped up the video by repeating one of Litia’s most iconic lines from the finale:

"Come on now. Why’d you have to do that?"

The post quickly gained traction. Many fans praised Cameron for standing by Litia, while others speculated about how Ellis would respond.

Grant Ellis's Response

Just days later, Ellis responded with a TikTok of his own. But instead of addressing Litia Garr, he shifted the conversation entirely.

"I really unfollowed you because of what you said about Kendrick [Lamar], stick to country music," Ellis wrote.

He even added a winky face emoji for good measure.

The video was set to Lamar’s hit diss track "Not Like Us," making it clear that Ellis wasn’t happy with Cameron’s opinion on the rapper. He tagged Tyler in the caption, writing, "all love tho 🤘🏾."

Ellis’ response surprised many fans. Up until that moment, most assumed it had something to do with The Bachelor drama. But Ellis took it in a completely different direction. Some Bachelor Nation members took it as a lighthearted jab, while others wondered if there was more to the story.

Juliana Pasquarosa's Perspective

While Litia’s heartbreak played out publicly, Juliana Pasquarosa was busy celebrating her engagement to Grant Ellis. But that didn’t mean she wasn’t aware of the drama.

Juliana later addressed the situation, confirming that she and Grant had open conversations about his past connections.

"We had conversations after we finished filming, and he walked me through everything. It doesn't surprise me," she said.

She also had nothing but kind words for Litia.

"She is so deserving of love, and I hope that she gets that. There’s no bad blood on my end."

Juliana and Grant have since started planning their future together. The couple revealed they are moving to Boston and focusing on their relationship outside the Bachelor spotlight.

For better or worse, social media has become an essential part of Bachelor Nation. Whether it’s throwing shade, offering support, or simply reacting to an unexpected twist, the drama doesn’t end when the final rose is handed out. In fact, for many, it’s just beginning.
