The Agency seems to be getting more suspenseful with every episode. The recent episode opens with Martian sitting in a hospital room with a scarred face while a British woman interrogates him with a lie detector.
It seems that Martian's cover has been fully blown, and the events of this episode unfold in a flashback, with Martian recalling how he ended up there.
The Agency Episode 4 also reveals a critical detail about Martian's past about how he received the t-shaped scar on his hand while saving Samia from many armed Ethiopian soldiers during a public protest.
Things are not looking good for Martian as his 'Paul' cover is blown in front of Osman, a part of ‘Mukhabarat,’ or the intelligence service of Sudan. He has been tailing Samia in London to ensure she does not meet with anybody during her time there.
But when he sees her talking with Martian, he gets violent and demands her to disclose his identity. While Samia only knows Martian's Paul identity, she has to reveal it to Paul, which will likely be a dead end as Paul does not exist in real life.

Samia's political reasons to visit London are revealed in The Agency Season 1 Episode 4
Episode 3 saw Martian getting suspicious after learning that Samia is in London. He suspects she is here stalking him under the pretense of the cultural program. He discovers that, as she had stated, she only attended the first lecture.
Samia's real reason for visiting London is to resolve and find a solution to the civil war waging in her home country, Sudan. After denying all peace negotiations initiated by the US and Saudi Arabia, Sudan has another country in mind with which to partner.
With great resources because of its gold mines and oil, Sudan has always been seen as a golden country by Russia, the US, and China. And the Sudanese representatives decided to meet with the Chinese delegates for a possible alliance.
This secret meeting was held in London, and Sudanese representatives wanted somebody who knew the country's culture and geography. That is when Dr. Samia Zahir was selected to attend the meeting under the ruse of the UNESCO cultural program.
Martian asks for intel on Coyote from a KGB Agent in The Agency Season 1 Episode 4
Martian and Henry attend a diplomatic meeting at the London office with the Belarusian delegation. When US Congressman Daniels called Belarus a puppet country for Russia and Putin, Belarus demanded a public apology from Daniels.
Martian spots a silent and potential KGB agent, Mikhail, in this meeting and sets up a meeting with him at a nightclub to learn Coyote's whereabouts.
He directly asks him about a missing Russian MiG-35 fighter jet at the Baltic Sea and demands information about his 'bike', which is code for details about the CIA operative Coyote.
He also promises to offer him much more money than face value for any possible intel about his 'bike'. Mikhail agrees to the offer and takes his number.
