Paramount+'s The Agency continues to bring problems for Martian as he faces threats in both his personal and professional life. While he gets very close to learning about the whereabouts of agency Coyote, his Paul identity is in threat as Osman is after him.
The Agency Episode 6 finally reveals that Coyote is alive and is captured by the Valhalla group, led by General Volchok, who plans to hand him to the Russian government.
Things will get more dangerous for Henry, Naomi, and Martian as they figure out their plans to rescue Coyote.
Here is everything that happened in The Agency Episode 6.
Who is Novikov in The Agency Episode 6? Why is he helping the CIA with information about Coyote?
Martian's search for a missing 'bike', which is the codename for Coyote, leads him to a phone number where a man named Cossack informs him about an online auction for a bike. But Martian soon realizes that Cossack is none other than an ex-KGB officer, Novikov, who was betrayed by his country and Volchok.
It is revealed that Novikov is after a tape recording with the CIA from the Vogelsang barracks just north of Berlin dated February 11, 1989. The tape holds crucial information about Novikov's wife's murder, which happened that day, and he is helping the CIA about Coyote to get his hands on the tape.
Who is Volchok in The Agency Episode 6? Is Coyote with him?
Novikov is revealed to be a proud member of the KGB, but a new leader, Volchok, makes him feel differently about the group, and he decides to leave it. However, this didn't sit right with Volchok, and he planned to teach Novikov a lesson for betraying his country.
As suspected by Novikov, the tape revealed crucial information about his wife, where Volchok spoke with Reiner Meilke, the head of the Stasi in East Berlin from 1957 to 1989. It is revealed from the tape that Volchok killed Navikov's wife, and he was betrayed in the end by his own country.
How did Volchok's group Valhalla abduct Coyote in The Agency Episode 6?
After spending the entirety of The Agency in finding Coyote, the series finally showed that the CIA agent is alive but captured by Volcok's mercenary group Valhalla, who plans to hand him to the Russians in just four days to make friends at the Kremlin.
The episode also reveals how Coyote got himself entangled with Valhalla. It was after he blew his cover, which was recruiting an agent from Belarus with connections to Valhalla. The recruit told the group about Coyote, who, with his psychiatrist's help, tampered with his prescribed pills.
After Coyote got a DUI (because he was drugged) and was held at the Belarusian Police station, a KGB agent, Bogdan Antuyk, took him via underground tunnels and sold him to Volchok's Valhalla.
Martian plans to 'play the biggest game' to rescue Coyote in The Agency Episode 6
After learning that the CIA has just four days to rescue Coyote and realizing that Osman is very close to blowing his Paul cover, Martian is ready to risk it all. He promises the CIA director that he will rescue Coyote before he is handed over to the Russians.
While he claims that Volchok might be interested in cutting a deal with the CIA for Coyote, Martian's last voiceover reveals that he plans to do something dangerous to get Coyote back.
