"Switch-up is crazy": Love is Blind star Madison calls out Mason after listening to his version of events at the reunion

Love is Blind Season 8 aired its reunion on Netflix on March 9, 2025. Among the cast members, Madison, Mason, and Alex's relationship has been one of the most talked about. During the recently released reunion episode of the social experiment, Madison and Mason shared their sides of how things went by between them.

As Love is Blind star Madison recalled how Mason apologized to her during their meeting outside the pods, he stated that she was taking it out of "context." However, she disagreed with Mason:

"I heard that you were out, you and I have never cleared the air. I knew that you and Meg started dating afterwrds, I didn't want to step on your toes. So, I came out and I said, "I heard you were out, and I really wanted to talk to you." I felt like we could clear the air. And you apologized to me for doing that....I fear I'm not....This switch-up is crazy, Mason."

Love is Blind Season 8 Reunion: Madison and Mason share their sides of what happened between them after the social experiment ended

Netflix recently premiered Love is Blind Season 8 Reunion, which revealed various shocking revelations and confrontations. One of the conversations was between cast members Madison and Mason.

When Mason mentioned he couldn't see "things for what they were," the host asked him about it. In response, Mason stated that things were said that "made him" believe that Madison was "kind of" all in him.

In response, Love is Blind star Madison stated:

"Obviously, I did have different relationships with Alex and Mason, and I think that's really normal. We can all agree that, in these pods it's like...things change so drastically and one day it's this person, then the next day it's that person. And I think that's a really normal experience."

She added that she thought the "world" of Mason and didn't "fault" him for anything. However, she stated that she wanted Mason to be a "little bit more" honest. The female cast member also recalled how she discussed their "better" connections with Mason during the pods phase.

For Madison, it was Alex, and for Mason, it was Meg. Referring to how Mason was committed to Meg, however, he continued to go on dates with Madison; she told Mason:

"And he could sense that, like, I was pulling away from this connection (with Mason.) And that's when you tell me that you're committed to me. But you still continued to see Meg. And you had a date with her after that and she comes out beaming again and it's just like that made absolutely no sense to me."

Love is Blind star Madison also recalled how she and Meg discussed if Mason was saying "the same things" to both of them, which he was, as they both agreed then. Madison stated that she felt a "little" manipulated by that situation.

Further in the episode, Mason stated that he felt "pressured" to commit to Madison. When she told him that she didn't "force" him to say anything, he felt "pressured."
