Daredevil: Born Again recently came to a conclusion on Disney+. While Daredevil: Born Again adequately established the gritty world of Matt Murdock, there are several street-level superheroes that were teased to be a part of the upcoming second season of the show. This leaves the door open for further speculation about these street-level characters, such as the White Tiger and Swordsman, as their stories are often overlooked by the larger MCU canon.

Here we take a look at the five superheroes who might make an appearance on the second season of Daredevil: Born Again.

Who are the superheroes who could possibly appear on the second season of Daredevil: Born Again?

Keep reading to learn more.

1) White Tiger

It is a known fact that Hector Ayala was killed by policemen who also double up as Wilson Fisk's henchmen. It is interesting to note that the said policemen are big fans of the Punisher. Although Ayala is dead and gone, it is fair to say that his legacy lives on in the streets. It would be in keeping with the spirit of the comic books in case Hector's niece Angela del Toro took it upon herself to become the next White Tiger in the Disney+ show's sophomore season.

2) Hawkeye

Hawkeye i.e., Kate Bishop, was once recruited by Kamala Khan to be a part of the Young Avengers. Notwithstanding her commitment to the younger squad of Earth's mightiest heroes, Hawkeye might be seen battling street-level players in the second season. To watch her shoot arrows right into the world of organized crime would definitely be a treat.

3) Swordsman

Fans of Daredevil: Born Again can't possibly forget that Jack Duquesne briefly appeared on the sixth episode and was seen in an iPhone video doing what he does best - neutralizing bad guys. This has led many to speculate that Swordsman might assume a role of greater importance in the second season of the show.

4) Ironheart

The audience was first acquainted with Riri Williams, played by Dominique Thorne, in Black Panther: Wakanda Forever. Williams was portrayed as a prodigious college student who was able to design and engineer an armour suit of her own, in the same vein as Iron Man. Although the official Ironheart series is slated to debut on Disney+ later this year, it would be phenomenal to watch Williams put her talents to use and devise a suit that works to bring down villains controlled by Wilson Fisk.

5) Moon Knight

Lastly, it might seem a bit of a stretch to have Marc Spector's Moon Knight riding the streets alongside Matt Murdock. Marvel earlier made it a point to differentiate this superhero character from it's other shows that were primarily set in an around New York. The Disney+ show which centered around the Moon Knight was based in London, afterall. Regardless, if the comics are to be believed, Moon Knight would make an excellent addition to the team fighting their way against Wilson Fisk on the second season of the Disney+ show.
