1) Vancouver, British Columbia

The pilot episode of Suits LA was filmed in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. The production took place in the city in April 2024. The crew utilized various spots in the city to shoot some important sequences of the first episode.

The episode features a number of different settings as Ted goes to various places, including his home, Billy’s house, his office, Stuart Lane’s house, and his father’s hospice care facility. All these different scenes with a variety of backgrounds were filmed in Vancouver.

Living up to its name, Suits LA was also filmed in Los Angeles, California. When NBC picked up the series following the pilot, the production moved to Los Angeles. The scenes involving the exterior of the Black Lane law firm office were filmed in the Century City neighborhood.

“We film at the northeast corner of the Universal lot. There’s an entrance that’s right by where we film. And it’s the faster way for me to get to work. I don’t go that way.”

“I enter off Lankershim at Gate 4, and I drive from one end of the lot all the way to the other, because I want to appreciate working here. I want to appreciate the history of this lot.”
