During Selling the City Episode 4, we saw Eleonora call the girls into her office during which she talked about how Taylor had hurt her. She went behind her back to see a listing with Jade and never told this to her.

Before this, the two had a confrontation about how Eleonora felt "lied to" by Taylor because of withholding this information on Selling the City. Jade and her have a "complicated" relationship even though they both have been working at Douglas Elliman for years now.

This meant that Eleanor was hurt even more because the blow was coming from inside her team on Selling the City and Taylor was quick to understand the narrative. While laying out her side, she said,

"I come from a place where it is not easy to stick up for myself."

To this, Eleonora replied,

"Stick up for yourself! Sticking up for yourself is coming right back at me. Like Abi. When I call her out on shit in meetings, she claps back right away. She yaps at me. That is standing up. I see you as an equal. You are on my same level of strength, Taylor. Do you hear me? So you come for me, I tell you, give it back."

Telling Taylor what is not okay, Eleonora continues,

"But hiding or tiptoeing or not disclosing things because you're afraid, that won't work because I see you eye to eye."

Selling the City - Eleonora and Taylor finally settle the dispute

Eleonora made it clear to Taylor that she acknowledges her feelings as a human and knows it all might be affected due to her marriage difficulties. She motivates her to stand up for herself on Selling the City. Hearing this, Taylor replies,

"We're all human. We make mistakes. I would never come for you as a boss, as a person in this business, as a broker, ever, ever, ever, ever. It breaks my heart to see that you are so upset. That you are investing in us, and to hear your whole story and your vulnerability, like, I see it now. Everything makes sense. There's context now."

Continuing her point, Taylor said,

"And to be clear, I don't think you are angry or any of those things. You know, I wish it had been handled differently. That was hurtful for me. But I would rather just acknowledge that things maybe weren't handled great, and then move on. It's not my intention to come for the house."

Selling the City - The group has a heart-to-heart

In Selling the City episode 4, Eleonora then talks about how the group must know her by now and there is nothing to be afraid of when it comes to talking with her. To this, Jordyn adds her feelings by saying,

"I've never met anyone like you, El. We probably all agree there's no one in this world like you. And there's a duality to you. You are one of the most intimidating people I've met. On the other side, you're one of the most fiercely loving people I've ever met. I think it has to exist that you're both. You are."

Adding to the statement, Eleonora replies,

"And so are all of us when we f*cking take over New York. Okay? I want all of you to be like that."

This felt like the whole Taylor meeting Jade situation on Selling the City has been put behind the group and they are ready to move on. Abigail soon points out the importance of how good it was that they sat down and talked and expressed their feelings. Through this civil conversation, they could figure out the differences as a team together.
