Spring Baking Championship Season 11 Episode 4 saw one elimination on March 31, 2025. The episode featured an April Fools' Day theme, where it started off with host Jesse Palmer sending Duff Goldman, the baker, dressed up as him, trying to fool the contestants.

Soon, he rolled out the challenges. The first one was to create baked eggs with a centre that resembles a yolk. As for the second round, Jesse explained that they will try to deceive the judges by baking something that looks like a savoury dish.

Kareen and Jon'nae, who were nominated for elimination, underperformed in both rounds. During the first one, in the last 15 minutes, the latter's chocolate egg shells were not coming out of the mold, and this caused havoc. The judges noted that her eggs didn't look like eggs at all.

In the Spring Baking Championship's second round, she was assigned fish and chips. However, the judges were not deceived at all and also criticized the lack of flavour in her cake, which she used to make the fish. The texture on the outside was also not up to the mark, and the chips did not look like French fries at all.

Thus, at the end of the Spring Baking Championship Season 11 episode 4, Jon'nae was eliminated. Expressing her disappointment over the decision, she said:

"I wanted to win really bad. I did. To my fellow bakers, kick b*tt, take names later."

Spring Baking Championship Season 11 Episode 4 - The challenges that led up to the elimination for Jon'nae

The first round of Spring Baking Championship required the bakers to create eggs that were baked, with a centre that looked like a yolk. Jon'nae explained that she had decided to do a white cake pop. It will contain strawberry butter cream inside it. As for the centre, the baker was doing a blood orange ginger yolk. She said:

"My concerns are not the inside of the egg. My concerns are definitely the outside. This is spooky. I know this is Spring Baking Championship, but this is spooky time because I do not temper chocolate."

By the end of this round, with just 15 minutes left, she was unable to recover the white chocolate shells that she had put in the mold and thus had to present without them. While she was in front of the judges, they noted:

"I like the luster dust. It's very dainty and sparkly and pretty, but it's not really a reading egg."

During the second round of Spring Baking Championship, the bakers were asked to create a deceptive dish that looks savory but is baked and sweet. Jon'nae was assigned fried fish and chips. While talking to Jesse, she claimed that the previous round was "more than tough."

She was thankful to make it to the fourth week, but motivated herself to keep pushing, as going home was not an option. As for her fish and chips, she decided to make the fish out of a pound cake that she decided to carve into a fish piece.

As for the middle of it, she decided to do a champagne buttercream. She decided to wrap that up in fondant paper. For the chips, she decided to use shortbread cookies.

Right off the bat, the Spring Baking Championship judges criticized the texture and how "thick" the piece of fish looked. As for the French fries, the judges thought that they were "too blond" and needed to "stay in the oven" a little bit more. However, two out of three judges agreed that it was not a successful deception on her part.

By the end, Kareem and she were nominated for elimination. She had no immunity and thus could not save herself. Jesse soon announced it was Jon'nae who was going home.
