Southern Charm Season 10 Episode 14 Recap- JT apologizes to Venita and resolves tensions with the help of the barber

Southern Charm Season 10 Episode 14 aired on Bravo on March 13, 2025. The episode saw JT in a tough spot with Venita when Ryan accused him of being racist towards her. However, JT was shocked because he had never made such a statement directed at Venita Aspen.

Ryan had revealed to her that JT talked to their mutual barber who allegedly told him that JT that there's a "black girl that's been coming on to him." JT is already in a relationship and thus, he felt as if his girlfriend would be "pissed" upon knowing about all of this.

Soon, Venita talked to her friend Leva Bonaparte about the whole deal and was hurt by the interaction. Leva's husband, Lamar Bonaparte is also black and thus, she also felt bad about the rumored remarks made by JT.

However, it was tough for her to believe it and she even expressed that "it doesn't seem like" JT would say such a thing.

On the other hand, cast members are trying to push Molly towards Shep now that things do not work out with him and Sienna. However, Molly revealed that she is not interested and feels "pressurized" now that everyone is trying to ship them together.

Southern Charm Season 10 Episode 16 Recap - Leva confronts JT

Leva Bonaparte has known JT for a considerable time and thus, decided to talk to him directly about the entire situation. Starting about his thing with Venita which might still be going on, he said that the two were flirting with each other.

The next thing viewers saw was Leva ripping off the bandaid and getting straight into the subject of what Ryan had told Venita. This shocked him to his core and JT said:

"That sounds racist. I'm not a racist."

Leva continued that Venita is very hurt given their history together and now that he is going off making remarks such as these. She even feels "used" by him. However, JT responded by claiming that he has "nothing but respect" for her and would never make such comments.

To prove his innocence, he called the barber that he and Ryan shared to confirm. The barber took his side and said that JT had not made such comments. Recalling, the barber shared what he had heard from him and said:

"You had said that there is an interest with a cute Black girl on the show, Venita. That was really the gist of it. There wasn’t really much context [other than] that.”

After a little while, JT called Venita and told her the truth of it all. He was angry and frustrated on being labelled a "racist" by Ryan. Venita, who understood his emotions, asked him to calm down and breathe. He apologized to her as this had hurt her and even Leva.

Southern Charm Season 10 Episode 14 Recap- Molly talks about her disinterest in Shep

Later in the episode in another segment, we see that Molly is tired of the Southern Charm castmates who are trying to make something happen between her and Shep. He has recently broken up with Sienna and it was all because of how they differ in their culture.

Sienna expected him to book flight tickets for her but Shep was upset that he had done that enough and was not the kind of man who "flies girls around." This was a setback for her because Sienna said that in her home country, men take care of everything. This prompted them to take a little break from the relationship.

As for Molly, talking to Taylor about her feelings, she said on the Southern Charm episode:

"I don't know, the whole Shep and Sienna things. I'm like not in love with Shep or anything but everyone is like, 'Oh you should go for Shep.' And I kinda feel like I'm in middle school and people are like, 'Oh, here's your chance.'"
