Southern Charm season 10 fans got a closer glimpse into Sienna and Shep Rose's romantic connection. The cast has been on the Bahamas trip for a vacation where things took a surprising turn for Sienna and Shep. This led to their fellow castmates, including Maddie, noticing a spark between the two.

What happened on Southern Charm season 10 episode 11?
On Southern Charm season 10 episode 11, the cast spent time together by vacationing in the Bahamas. One of the main highlights in this episode was a major revelation made by Sienna about her relationship with Shep Rose. When Madison asked for details about their bond, Sienna stated that she and Shep were "so similar" when it came to being "non-committal."
Sienna mentioned that they never thought of officially dating or being "exclusive." While responding to Madison, she said:
"Shep and I never had a conversation in the first place, we never said we were going to be a in a relationship, we never said we were going to be exclusive and so like were we together? Maybe, I don't know. We are so similar in terms of being non-commital and it works for both of us."
Later in the episode, Shep confessed his true feelings to Sienna, mentioning that he could sense a strong connection with her. For Shep, it felt as if the universe had reunited him with Sienna.
