Paramount+'s latest three-part docuseries, Sin City Gigolo, re-visits the 2020 case of Ash Armand's crimes, the former star of Showtime's reality television series Gigolos.

In July 2020, Armand was arrested for the murder of Herleen Dulai, a 29-year-old woman, after which he was sentenced to 8 to 20 years in prison. Ash Armand was one of the five contestants on Gigolos, a reality show in 2011, which focused on the lives of five male escorts.

Another former Gigolos star, Brace Land, will also be featured in Sin City Gigolo. Reportedly, Armand contacted him after committing Dulai's murder in July 2020.

Reportedly, Brace Land left the male escorting business after Gigolos and is currently running his brand called Braceland Nutraceuticals.

Brace Land, a former Gigolos star with Ash Armand, also appears as an interviewee and cast member on Sin City Gigolo. When he appeared in Gigolos in 2011, he was the eldest escort member and wished to have his product line one day.

Land had a difficult childhood. He was interested in playing football but had to take over his family business, General Motors. He worked in a corporate company for 26 years but also ventured into many side businesses like cars, rental properties, salons, and the stock market.

After quitting his professional job, he gained an interest in bodybuilding and pursued it seriously. He studied martial arts for many years and eventually graduated from an Aikido school, Kenshu.

In 2000, he came across a young woman making dollars from the escort business and decided to try it himself. Soon, he set up his own site and operated with a vast female clientele. Eventually, he came onto the radar of the makers of the Showtime series Gigolos, who were looking for real male escorts for their reality television series.

He signed in with the series, appeared with five other Gigolos, and became an instant star.

What did Brace Land do after Gigolos?

While little information is available about Land's personal life after Gigolos, it was reported that he stopped his male escort services after the show and relied on a pension from General Motors.

He also launched his own nutritional products brand called Braceland Nutraceuticals. He was always keen on developing his own line of nutritional products and making them available to people at comparatively lower prices.

Land is also one of the former Gigolos stars who was contacted by Sin City Gigolo director Barbara Shearer for the docu-series. In an interview with TV Insider, she talks about Brace's involvement in the show:

''Then we went to each of the Gigolos. You realize in Episode 3 how much they were involved in the story. Brace [Land] was always on board.''

She added:

''Brace and Nick interviews were done literally months ago, so those are fresh. It was great to have those characters in there to give a little bit more. I saw them as the chorus or the court jesters in what I was trying to portray as this Las Vegas style Greek tragedy.''
