Shark Tank Season 16 Episode 2 aired on October 25, 2024, on ABC. It featured various products, including Danielle Mahon's Topsail Steamer.

For fans who are unaware, Topsail Steamer is Danielle's chain that sells DIY seafood boiling kits. These kits contain vegetables, sausages, and a variety of seafood items. Individuals who enjoy such assorted meals would find these "seafood pots" quite the perfect choice.

With 10 locations in five states, Danielle's Topsail Steamer is also available across the nation through Goldbelly.

Todd Graves and Lori Greiner were interested in the product. Since Todd already owns the popular fast food chain Cane's Chicken Fingers, he took a deep interest in Danielle's seafood pot product and potential opportunities.

As a result, Todd and Lori mutually agreed and made a joint deal, which Danielle took. Here are all the details, including Danielle's pitch, her product, and the deal she received on Shark Tank Season 16 Episode 2.

The second episode of Shark Tank featured Danielle Mahon with her unique product, a seafood pot. It contains fresh seafood mixed with spices. Danielle's business started in 2017 in North Carolina. She already has stores in Alabama, Florida, New Jersey, and Delaware.

The Topsail Steamer is also available online. Additional locations in New Jersey include Wildwood, Sea Isle City, Ocean City, and more.

As Danielle shared about the show and being able to be there to maximize her business, she said,

"I just love the idea of being able to align myself with other entrepreneurs like me to be able to ... grow the brand."

While pitching her business and potential plans, she shared a seafood bucket with the sharks. Sharks include Daymond John, Mark Cuban, Mahon, Kevin O'Leary, Todd Graves, and Lori Greiner for the sixteenth season.

For her pitch, the New Jersey native shared,

"Think about that feeling that you get when you're sharing a meal with friends and family on vacation. The stories, the laughs, just enjoying great food together and having extra time around the table."

She continued,

"I'm originally from New Jersey, and some of my favorite memories are going down the Shore with friends and family and eating steamers, seafood. We would roll the brown paper out on the table, dump the food, pick the crabs, peel the shrimp and just have so much fun doing it. With Topsail Steamer, you don't need to be on vacation and you don't need to be at the beach to get that same experience."

The Topsail Steamer is available in nine varieties and contains additional items such as clams, shrimp, crab, vegetables, sausages, and spices. The only requirement is to add water or beer and then heat the bucket on the stove. Danielle's Topsail Steamer costs between $139 and $249.

Her pitch was for 8% ownership for a $350,000 investment in the company. As she shared in the episode, Danielle looks forward to opening 400 stores. TopSail Steamer's Instagram description of its business is " Woman-owned and family-operated."

After her pitch and getting the deal from two Sharks, Danielle shared,

"I am so excited to have Todd and Laurie as Sharks on board. To think that we went from one store in 2017 and an idea on Topsail Island to 'Shark Tank' here and two Sharks... It's just unbelievable."

Graves initially offered Danielle $350,000 for 20% stakes, while Greiner offered to partner in the same deal. Their agreed-upon deal was 18% for $350,000 in the company's ownership.
