Shark Tank Season 16 Episode 12 dropped on ABC on March 7, 2025, and is titled 'Ethan, the Kid Entrepreneur.' The episode featured four pitches from different brands, and investor Daniel Lubetzky joined as a guest judge.

The show returned after a few weeks of being on a hiatus. Other investors on the panel included the regulars, such as Kevin O'Leary, Lori Greiner, Mark Cuban, and Barbara Corcoran.

The first pitch, as the episode title suggests, was of Kiid Coffee. The company is owned by a young entrepreneur who was seeking $50,000 for 5%. The second pitch was from Goodlove Foods, which is in the business of frozen pastries.

The third company was called The Happy Birdwater, which is a subscription-based delivery system for bird food. Their products are based on real data on bird sightings and habitats. The final business to enter this episode was Remento. He provides services to cherish the spoken memories and keep them long-term.

The first pitch of the episode was by The Kiid Coffee, which as the name suggests, is made for children to drink. The company is owned by a father-son duo who sought $50,000 for 5% of their company. Their product does not contain caffeine but gives the taste of coffee, which young kids could enjoy.

Shark Kevin O'Leary jumped in with an offer as Mark Cuban and Lori Greiner followed suit and offered their respective deals. However, Daniel Lubetzky came in with a twist on his deal.

He offered $50,000 for 20% of the company, but as the owners assume a full-time role in the business, Daniel would return 5% in stock options back. Finally, the entrepreneurs accepted Daniel's deal.

The second pitch on Shark Tank Season 16 Episode 12 was by Goodlove Foods. They distribute frozen pastries that are gluten-free. Chennelle Diong, the owner of the company, was seeking $150,000 for a 5% stake in the company.

Lori, upon tasting the product, was immediately impressed. The brand sells DTC (Direct to Consumer) and hasn't stepped into the retail market yet. Shark Tank investor Kevin O'Leary stepped out, saying that they are not ready to enter that market yet.

As for Mark Cuban, he opted out because of his lack of knowledge in this area. Ultimately, Chennelle accepted an offer from Lori for $150,000 at 18% equity.

The Happy Birdwater was the third pitch on Shark Tank, where the company delivers bird food as a subscription service. They use a technology that helps them with the bird sighting data according to seasons and locations and customize their seeds accordingly.

She also revealed the numbers about their company, which indicated that their products were not profitable yet. The pitch ended with none of the sharks investing in the product.

The last pitch of this Shark Tank episode was by Remento. They sought $300,000 for a 5% stake in the company. The pitch made Kevin emotional, and he liked the idea of having spoken memories being kept in books.

By the end, Mark Cuban was interested and formed a deal with the entrepreneurs for $300,000 in exchange for 10% of Remento.
