The first pitch on Shark Tank was made by Charlotte Trecartin, who comes from Chicago. Her company is called CharCharms. She was seeking $300,000 for 10% equity in her company.

Her product provides accessories to customize one's water bottles. It features stick-on hooks as well as charms. Lori Greiner and Mark Cuban decided they were out of investing. However, Daymond and Kevin were interested in the product and offered Charlotte 300,000 for 20%.

They claimed that the product needed to be distributed better, and Kevin could get her in retail as well. However, Mark chimed in and told her to be careful of these offers.

Charlotte did not want to let more than 15% of her company go out of her hands, and even after negotiations and Daymond finally making an offer of 17.5%, she walked out with none of the deals.

The second pitch on Shark Tank was made by Pamela Redmond. She has a website named Nameberry that contains data on baby names and can even provide their etymology. Pamela seeks $350,000 for 5% of her company.

What she wants is to take their database and train an AI based on that. Mark Cuban noted that this was going to be a lot of work and very expensive, which made him opt out of the deal.

In the end, Shark Tank investor Kevin was still interested and offered $350,000 for 33.3%. Panela counter-offered 24.9% for the same money because she still wanted to have control of the business. Kevin accepted the offer, and the two had made a deal.

The third pitch of the Shark Tank episode was by Lisa and Jake, who have a product called Rinseroo. It happens to be a slip-on hose which is particularly helpful for bathing and rinsing purposes. The business sought $343,000 for 5% equity.

During their pitch, Lisa said that once she was showering at their beach house. This is when the idea of this product was born in her mind. The entrepreneurs revealed that they had made sales of $1 million in their first year and were projecting $5 million for the current year.

This prompted Lori Greiner to match the offer at exactly what they were seeking. Lisa and Jake thus accepted the deal.

The fourth pitch was by Carrie Sheltz Hassap. She has a company called Tabeeze that makes baby clothing. She sought $100,000 for 10% equity in the business.

The sharks were shocked when Carrie revealed that she had put approximately a million dollars into the business because her sales were not comparable with that. She finally made a deal with Daymond for $100,000 for 33.3% equity after consulting with her father.
