What happened in Severance Season 2 Episode 4?

In Severance season 2 episode 4, Woe’s Hollow, the MDR team went on a surprise team-building trip to a snowy mountain. During the strange outdoor mission, the team’s task was to find the secret Fourth Appendix of Kier Eagan’s handbook, following a glitchy video from Mr. Milchick.

This took them through creepy landscapes filled with strange look-alikes and eventually led them to a waterfall cave called Woe’s Hollow. While the team was on the mission, Mark and Helly slept with each other, but Mark continued to get haunted by his wife’s visions.

Things got complicated when Irving started suspecting Helly. Noticing how mean she was acting, Irving felt she was not the real Helly.
