"So what I always recommend to any small business is, you know, look at the smallest items that can provide the biggest benefit.

He further talks about how HighLevel offers bundles of services that can help entrepreneurs during this journey.

"So we have every tool under the sun to help a business, but the easy ones is putting a little chat widget on your website. He continues, "And that can collect leads immediately. You'd be surprised how many small businesses get traffic to their website, and they're missing the calls or they're missing opportunities."

He also introduces a new service that the company has launched to Shark Tank's Kevin Harrington.

"So if someone calls and you miss that call, we can do an automatic text back to them. But we've actually upgraded that recently with AI. So now when somebody calls, we have a voice AI agent that can pick up the call and actually do the conversation for you to booking an appointment to getting you connected to somebody on your team without even having a human there."
"These are all services that small companies need, but if they tried to develop it themselves, they could never afford to build these things. So you've built it for the tens of thousands of clients that you have," says Kevin Harrington.
