Selling Sunset Season 8 is set to premiere on Netflix on September 6, 2024. All 11 episodes of the eighth season will be released together. The show features real estate agents navigating their personal and professional lives while carrying out various luxurious property deals.
For fans eager to learn more about The O Group and their favorite real estate agents, the wait will soon be over. Selling Sunset Season 8 will also feature a new real-estate agent, Alanna Gold Whittaker.
Netflix describes the upcoming Selling Sunset Season 8 with the synopsis,
"With the luxury real estate market in crisis, The Oppenheim Group has never been more determined to outsell the competition and ring that bell. But to stay on top, the seasoned agents have to weather both professional and personal challenges as office gossip runs rampant, marriages hang in the balance, and new agents snap at their stilettos."
Selling Sunset Season 8: Cast members explored
The upcoming Selling Sunset Season 8 cast members include Chrishell Stause, Mary Fitzgerald, Emma Hernan, Amanza Smith, Chelsea Lazkani, Bre Tiesi, Nicole Young, and their bosses, Jason and Brett Oppenheim. The eighth season will also feature a new cast member, Alanna Whittaker Gold.
Chrishell Stause
Chrishell Stause, a former soap opera actress turned real estate agent, is married to Australian musician G-Flip. She also won MTV Movie and TV Awards' Best Reality Star (2022). The O Group describes Chrishell as the “favorite agent” for families interested in selling or buying properties, as she has extensive knowledge of the area's school systems. Per her bio, client satisfaction is Chrishell's most important concern.
Mary Fitzgerald
Fans who have been following Selling Sunset must know Mary Fitzgerald as the real estate broker who dated co-owner Jason Oppenheim. However, Mary, 44, is married to Romain Bonnet, a fellow agent on the real estate show. During the recently released trailer, Mary could be seen interacting with her ex-boyfriend Jason Oppenheim about their dog.
Emma Hernan
Emma Hernan, 33, has been part of the show since the fourth season. She used to be a model before joining the real estate world. It all started after she purchased her first home in Hollywood Hills, and her interest in the real estate world pushed her towards becoming a Realtor. Later, she joined The Oppenheim Group in 2018. Viewers might not know that Emma Hernan is also the CEO and founder of Emma Leigh & Co., a plant-based empanada company.
Amanza Smith
Former model and NFL cheerleader Amanza Smith joined Selling Sunset in season 2 and has since been the in-house interior designer for The Oppenheim Group. She describes her passion for interior design, unique skills, and ability to communicate with clients as key factors in her success. Her O Group bio describes her as a Realtor associate/ Interior design specialist.
Chelsea Lazkani
Chelsea Lazkani, a British-Nigerian luxury realtor, hails from London and has been in the show’s cast since the fifth season. She is a mother of two kids, Maddox and Melia. Following in her father’s footsteps as an architect and property developer, Chelsea also dreamt of pursuing the real estate world. She believes in a positive mindset and gives credit to her determination for the woman she has become today.
Bre Tiesi
Bre Tiesi was born and raised in Calabasas, California, which greatly helped her understand Southern California and its surroundings. She is familiar with Beverly Hills, Hollywood, and Silver Lake neighborhoods and is well-informed about LA's architectural uniqueness. Bre also supports women’s rights, finds time to volunteer for various social events, and believes in giving back to the community.
Nicole Young
Nicole Young has worked with The Oppenheim Group for over a decade. Since joining Selling Sunset, she has been one of the show's leading cast members.
Nicole’s O Group bio introduces her with the following description,
"Hard work, commitment, drive, dedication, and most importantly, a foundation of ethics are the innate characteristics that led to her early professional success and lay the groundwork for her unique talents as a real estate agent."
Alanna Whittaker Gold
Alanna Whittaker Gold, 32, is the newly joined Selling Sunset cast member. She is a model represented by Caroline Gleason Management - CGM from Miami and has been associated with various renowned brands during her modeling projects. Since 2020, Alanna has been associated with the luxury property market. Before joining the O Group, she used to work at Westside Estate Agency.
Jason and Brett Oppenheim
Lastly, The O Group’s co-owners and co-founders - twin brothers Jason and Brett Oppenheim, have been cast in the show since the debut season. The O Group website features Jason as the Owner-President-Broker. The Hollywood Reporter and Variety have listed Jason as a “Top Agent in the Country” and Top Real Estate Agent in LA.
