Shark Tank teased a new product on their Instagram reels for the most recent episode. It is called the 'Bro Glo' which serves as a 'self-tanner for the boys.' In the video shared on Instagram by ABC, the entrepreneurs introduce themselves to the sharks. They are, Jaron, Tom, and Joe, the founders of Bro Glo.

In their Shark Tank pitch, Jaron claims that they are seeking $200,000 for 5% interest in their business. Talking about their product, Jaron says,

"Sharks, have you ever heard of tall, pale and handsome? Me neither!"

This joke made Shark Tank investor Robert laugh out loud while Jaron continued by saying,

"And when I was on my honeymoon in Antigua, with my new, s*xy, sunkissed Italian wife, who happens to be Tom's sister, I was nicknamed 'mayonnaise' by one of the locals because I stood out next to her perfect tan."

Jaron, on Shark Tank, expressed that the idea for the product came from when he was on a honeymoon with his wife who had the perfect tan but he was too pale compared to her. Self tanning in the sun didn't work out for him either as it made him look like a lobster.

And even the tanning products on the market were made especially for women. This made them create their tanning formula which would fit perfectly on the boys. Talking about the same, Jaron said,

"The next day, I decided to finally try to get a tan... So this started my journey to the self-tanning world. And I tried everything under the sun! Nothing worked for me, left me all orange or blotchy, or left tanning streaks all over the sheets! I thought to myself, there's got to be a better way. A few years later, we launched Bro Glo."

Jaron then went on to describe the product to the sharks. He said,

"It's lightweight, it goes on clear, and it doesn't leave you feeling all sticky or greasy! And it's so easy to use. Even a bro can do it. So which one of you sharks wants to be a bro and help this bro finish his bro glo tan?"

Surprising the sharks at that moment, Jaron bent over and the other two founders pulled his shirt off. It had a perfect tan on one side to display how good the tan looked on the other, Jaron left his natural skin untouched to display comparison. Continuing, Jaron said,

"And we can tan all the pale bros worldwide with Bro Glo, self-tanner for the boys."

The website for Bro Glo also features their customers and their remarks left on the product which are mainly positive. The men who used Bro Glo appreciated how it had no smell and left no orange hue. It is very natural and light to clear out the paleness in white men and give them some color.

Tanning products are mostly made with women in mind as they are the largest consumer. But Jaron and the team, after discovering the problem, worked on something lightweight and suitable for men. Their official website explains Bro Glo as,

"Lightweight, not greasy or sticky, easy and quick to apply, and leaves you with a natural-looking tan - like you've been hitting the ole' wooden stick and knockdown wedges with the boys all day. It's everything a bro tanner should be plus some. It's time to take the plunge and join the bro tan revolution."

Shark Tank is available to stream on ABC TV.
