90 Day: The Last Resort couple Natalie and Josh appeared on 90 Day: The Single Life and decided to join the retreat to resolve their issues. Amongst the season 2 couples, including Bini and Ari, Brandon and Julia, Jasmine and Gino, Rob and Sophie, and Stacey and Florian, Natalie and Josh were the only unmarried couple.
Previously, the couple struggled to be on the same page during their three-year relationship as Natalie questioned why Josh had not introduced her to his family. In the newly released episode 16, Josh decided to end things with Natalie, stating his fears as well as opening up about the problems they attempted to resolve. He mentioned:
"Natalie needs somebody a hundred percent all the time and I'm scared to give that to her. I'm scared of commitment with her because I'm so unsure of what's going to happen next."
90 Day: The Last Resort season 2 episode 16, titled The Last Frontier, was released exclusively on TLC on March 17, 2025. The episode synopsis reads as follows:
"The final group therapy session magnifies some couples progress and reveals other couples' issues. Natalie and Josh make a life-changing decision. Stacey struggles to trust Florian. Gino and Jasmine make a big decision."
90 Day: The Last Resort season 2 cast member Josh decides to part ways with Natalie
On 90 Day: The Last Resort season 2, episode 16, Josh opened up about his feelings regarding their relationship. During the final group therapy session, he stated he wanted to "let Natalie go" and find the person who would bring her happiness. Josh continued by mentioning that he and Natalie were to part ways and that this decision was beneficial for them in the future.
He also apologized for his mistakes and agreed to Natalie's claims that she was being hurt by him emotionally multiple times. Josh said:
"Maybe I'm the problem maybe I'm showing too many breadcrumbs. maybe she needs more than I can give her and maybe that's it."
The 90 Day: The Last Resort cast member thanked Josh for being openly honest and admitting to his mistakes. She said she valued honesty and that this was the first time Josh had been honest with her in the past three years. Josh continued:
"I do love you and care for you but I do have to let you go. I don't want to string her along anymore if I'm the problem I'm sorry. I came from a place of like wanting to help but I think I may have hurt more by doing that."

Later in the episode, they were asked if they wanted a recommitment ceremony. According to Josh, their relationship had already ended, and they were not in a place to consider a recommitment or even a commitment ceremony. Josh concluded by saying that he didn't want to "drag" the situation further and wished Natalie the best.
