"Sabotaging her relationship" - Love Island All Stars fans react to Ekin Su questioning Curtis about Danielle

Love Island: All Stars Season 2 episode 17 premiered on ITV2 on January 29, 2025. It introduced two new bombshells to the villa which caused drama among the islanders.

The new member, Danielle, chose to invite Curtis for a sleepover at the hideaway. This did not sit right with Ekin Su, his Love Island partner, who thought Curtis might be slipping out of her hands.

Before Curtis went away to meet with the new bombshell, he told Ekin that he was "confused." This made her overthink even more because he did not reassure her before leaving.

Talking with her girls, Ekin said that if she was in his place and a bombshell had picked her, she would have consoled Curtis before leaving.

Drama followed the next day when Elma told Ekin that Curtis and Danielle were "holding hands" during the sleepover. But Curtis told her that they just slept in the same bed and did not spoon, or kiss.

He said they just had a conversation and nothing else had happened. Reassuring Ekin now, Curtis said that his eyes are only set on their relationship and not something with Danielle. However, she does not believe her partner and walks off.

Love Island fans took to the comments to share their feelings about how Ekin is reacting in this situation. They wrote that this might result negatively for her. Voicing their opinion, one Instagram user by the name @tuhe1 wrote,

"She's actually sabotaging her relationship by overacting."

Curtis had assured Ekin Su that nothing was happening between him and Danielle, however, his partner did not believe him. Later in the episode, when the two were talking by the firepit, Ekin left the area in tears only for Ronnie to come and comfort her.

Fans think that Ekin's reaction was unnecessary and that she might "sabotage" her relationship with all the "overthinking." One fan on YouTube by the name @thetruth1167 wrote,

"I feel like Curtis is scared of her so he sticks with her 😂😂," said @sarka_moravkova

Talking about her feelings, fans felt as if she had cried and ran off the scene just for the "drama" and does not have feelings towards Curtis. They think all Ekin Su is worried about is the "camera time" on Love Island: All Stars. Writing about the same, a fan @dreyahnevaeh wrote,

Curtis had pointed out to Danielle that he wants to be with someone who is their authentic self. However, fans claim that he doesn't feel like that with Ekin and thus, might let her go. Talking about the same, a fan by the username @emshelx wrote,
