The seventh episode of the Food Network show featured one more surprise combination of ingredients, kitchen appliances and cuisines from the randomizer. Since Britt and Kaleena were in a pair, they were given the same target. They had to prepare a "fruity and nutty" dish.

Their ingredients were Filipino pork sausages (longganisa), beef oyster steaks, and avocado. For the kitchen appliances, they had to use a pizzelle press.

During the challenge, Britt shared with the cameras:

"This is the whole new Chef Britt: getting married, my first restaurant... This is a lot of new things and exciting things happening, and I have space for one more thing, and that's TOC champ."

Britt and Kaleena presented their dishes, which they prepared using the mentioned ingredients. The judges, Cat Cora, Ming Tsai, and Michael Symon, tasted the dishes blindly. They praised both dishes, resulting in Britt scoring 88 out of 100 while Kaleena got 85.

In an exciting battle, Britt made it to the next phase of the competition while Kaleena was eliminated. This would be her third time in the final round of the show.
