Love Island: All Stars' latest episode aired on February 2, 2025, on ITVX. The 20th episode of the second season featured one of the cast members, Elma, sharing her regret about Kaz's elimination.

It happened after Scott called things off with his partner Tina and decided to leave the villa. During the segment, things were emotional between the cast members when Scott chose Tina as his connection during the recoupling ceremony.

Referring to Kaz's elimination, Elma talked to Luca and stated:

"It's just like for me I'm riddled in guilt that I've took away something because it's annoying me."

The latest episode of Love Island: All Stars Season 2 featured a conversation between Luca and Elma, where the latter reflected on her decision regarding Kaz's elimination. Despite wanting the outcome, she asked Luca if he could understand why it would be "frustrating" for her.

The female cast member opened up about the conflict she faced during the episode. She also shared that she felt guilty about her decision, which led to Kaz's elimination. She also mentioned how she and Kaz had grown close to each other and that the elimination resulted in her frustration.

"I just think it's a liberty because we sent her home— Kaz— we sent her home."

After listening to how Elma felt and witnessing her struggle, Luca stated that he could see how she felt about Kaz and that it must be a difficult decision for her. He told Elma that her connection with Kaz and how she was her "mate" might have felt "like she did wrong" at the time.

Even though Love Island: All Stars participant Luca tried to console her, Elma still felt guilt and was visibly upset over Kaz's elimination. Soon, fellow contestant Scott also joined their conversation.

She told Scott:

"I'm just frustrated when we had to choose who to send home... we ran with that decision based on the fact that you were still getting on completely fine again."

Fans also witnessed Scott leaving the show after he couldn't speak to Tina about his feelings. However, Elma felt otherwise. She mentioned that her decision might result from incomplete information about Scott's issues with Tina.

While Scott opened up about why he wanted to break things up with Tina, he stated that he was "honest" about it. He also mentioned that despite enjoying his time and conversations with Tina, he wasn't "fully into it."

However, Elma was not satisfied with what he shared. Questioning his decision, Elma asked Scott if he was not working out with Tina, then what was he "looking for?"

He responded that it was difficult for him and that he didn't want to stay in a relationship merely for convenience. He referred to the situation as "insanity."
