"All teams are ready for the next challenge: the rap battles. Aggressive punchlines and slick rhythm will determine who advances to the next phase."

The Rhythm + Flow Brazil artists jump into the rap battle with fiery lyrics and energetic stage presence

The battlefield was ready and some artists were facing it for the first time making it nerve-wracking for them while others came with assertive energy.

As all the judges came and took their seats, Bob 13, and Azzy, the two prominent names from the battle community joined them as the hosts and special guests. The first battle pair-ups were as follows:

  • Gabrelu and Rui'f
  • Afrodite BXD and Maria Preta
  • RTT Mallone and MayronZZZ
  • Muse Maya and Cold Jas
  • Guiu and Novak
  • OG Capitu and Ras

The judges made sure that the participants kept in mind the winning prize and opportunity to get featured in the Netflix series, Sintonia, by announcing it before leaving them to prepare for the first battle.

As the battle started, Bob 13 called the first pair, Novak and Guiu to the battleground. After their performance, all the judges deliberated and chose Novak, citing that Guiu "lacked anger today." The next pair was MayronZZZ and RT Mallone, and the audience cheered as they started their performance.

After a fiery performance and sharp punchlines, the judges decided that RT dominated MayronZZZ, and chose him as the winner. Next were OG Capital and Ras, whose performance appeared lukewarm for the judges as they mentioned that they lacked "life" and encouraged them to go at it again. After they battled it out, Django mentioned that OG Capity "brought tears in his eyes."

The Rhythm + Flow Brazil judges announced that Capitu would go to the next phase as she maintained a "strong posture" throughout her performance.

The last battle for Episode 2 was between Afrodite and Maria. Bob 13 could not keep his excitement to himself and cheered for them.

The ladies went for the second round, and Maria started the round with edgy punchlines, and Afrodite responded with equal fire.

As their performance ended, all the judges stood up and claimed that "this battle was best by far."
