Resident Alien Season 3 is all set to premiere on Netflix on Thursday, February 13, 2025, at 3:00 am ET. Originally, Resident Alien Season 3 premiered on February 14, 2024, at 10:00 pm ET on Syfy. Season 3 consists of shorter episodes than the previous seasons.
Created by Chris Sheridan, the story features Harry (Alan Tudyk), an alien in human form who crashes into a town in Colorado called Patience. The sci-fi comedy-drama is based on the Dark Horse comic series by Peter Hogan and Steve Parkhouse.

Alan Tudyk as Harry Vanderspeigle
Alan plays the role of Harry, an alien who is stranded on Earth and takes over the identity of a small-town baby doctor in Colorado. In Season 1, we see Harry as a cold and calculating character whose mission is to destroy the human race. However, in Season 2, he starts questioning the mission and comes close to Asta (Sara Tomko) as they even travel together to New York.
Alan Tudyk is known for his roles in Firefly and Tucker & Dale Vs Evil. He is mostly known for his voicework in Frozen, Moana, and Star Wars Rebels.
Corey Reynolds as Sheriff Mike
Sheriff Mike is a no-nonsense lawman who was the first one to find Harry suspicious. His harsh and straight-to-the-point attitude often makes him a rude person to the residents of the town. However, at the end of season 2, we find another sheriff interviewing for the role, Joseph Rainier (Enver Gjokai). Hence, we might see some friction in Season 3.
Corey Reynolds is well-known for his role as Seaweed in Hairspray on Broadway, for which he earned a Tony Award nomination. He also starred in Murder in The First, SEAL Team, and The Closer.
Sara Tomko as Asta Twelvetrees
Asta is a nurse and Harry's closest friend who helps him adjust to human life. She also has a daughter called Jay (Kaylayla Raine), whom she gave up for adoption 17 years back. The mother-daughter duo struggles to reconnect. However, they slowly build a strong relationship.
Sara Tomko is well known for her roles in Sneaky Pete, The Scribbler, and Once Upon a Time.
Alice Wetterlund as D'Arcy Bloom
D'Arcy is a former Olympic-turned bartender. She has struggled with major setbacks in her life, including personal insecurities, setbacks, and career disappointments. In Season 3, we might witness D'Arcy's involvement in Patience's mysteries. She also comes to know about Harry's true identity.
Alice Wetterlund is an American comedian and actress who is well known for her role as Carla Walton on the HBO sitcom Silicon Valley. She has also been featured in Space Force, GLOW, and New Girl.
Judah Prehn as Max Hawthorne
Max seems to have a special ability that he can see Harry's true identity. In the initial episodes, Max was seen struggling with his power, but later it turned out quite helpful. His life in school got better after he found out about his unique power. In Season 2, it was found out that The Greys had abducted Max's sibling.
Judah Prehn, the 14-year-old, is well known for his roles in Mythic Quest and Kinderwood. He also won the Young Artist Award in 2022 for Best Performance in a TV Series for his role in Resident Alien.
Meredith Garretson as Kate Hawthorne
Kate Hawthorne is Max's mother. She is a teacher and also the wife of the town's mayor, Ben Hawthorne. Kate and Ben have differences in their marriage due to their different personalities. In Season 2 of Resident Alien, it is revealed that the Greys had stolen her baby from the womb. However, this news is still unknown to Kate, whose reaction we might see in Season 3.
Meredith Garretson is an American actress well known for her roles in The Good Fight, Prodigal Son, and Paramount + miniseries The Offer.
Levi Fiehler as Mayor Ben Hawthorne
Mayor Ben Hawthorne, nicknamed "Mayor Snowflake," is the father of Max. Ben and his wife Kate have a lot of differences of opinion as Kate seems to be a headstrong woman while Ben is non-confrontational. In Season 2 of Resident Alien, Ben gets abducted by the Greys, who reveal that they have stolen Kate's unborn baby.
Levi Fiehler is well known for his roles in Mars, The Fosters, and SEAL Team.
