Real Housewives of Salt Lake City star Heather Gay is all set to launch her forthcoming book titled Good Time Girl on December 3. However, before that, some excerpts from her book created a buzz after her exclusive interview with US Weekly.
She disclosed excerpts from the chapter "Receipts! Proof! Timeline! Screenshots!," alleging that Jen Shah's husband kissed Monica Garcia, without revealing the source of the information.
This claim made the US Weekly magazine reach out to Jen Shah and Monica Garcia. The publication got no response from Jen's team, however, Monica Garcia issued a statement denying the incident and called it a "damaging allegation" that aired out of Heather's imagination costing two families their reputation.
Heather Gay dedicated a chapter on Monica's falling out with Jen Shah and "Shah Squad." The same chapter also had the excerpt alleging that Monica Garcia and Sheriff Shah, Jen's husband, shared a kiss when they met in a "parking lot of a gas station." The excerpt obtained by US Weekly from Real Housewives of Salt Lake City star Heather Gay's book reads:
"In a final Hail Mary attempt for a handout she reached out to Jen’s husband Sharrieff. Supposedly, they agreed to meet up in the parking lot of a gas station and, according to Monica, the exchange quickly turned romantic. She claims he tried to kiss her, but she pushed him off, saying, ‘We can’t.’ Sharrieff got out of the car and immediately left.”
Real Housewives of Salt Lake City alum Monica Garcia claps back at Heather Gay for defaming her via her forthcoming book
Monica Garcia was featured on the Real Housewives of Salt Lake City for just one season and made enough buzz for that. The former housewife worked for Jen Shah, another former housewife from season 3, who was caught up in a telemarketing fraud. Garcia appeared in season 4, and irrespective of many housewives extending the olive branch, she could not forgive anyone.
The former housewife was quashed from the show as her involvement with "Reality Von Tease" made it to the news. The now-abandoned Instagram account was infamous for posting gossip about Real Housewives of Salt Lake City. The cast of the show was shocked by this revelation.
Recently, Real Housewives of Salt Lake City star Heather Gay went exclusive with US Weekly to share some excerpts from her forthcoming book. The excerpt made quite a claim, mentioning that Sheriff Shah, Jen's husband, and Monica Garcia had shared a kiss during a meeting.
Upon reaching out to Monica Garcia for a response, she told US Weekly that:
"It is truly sad and worrisome that Heather Gay has nothing else to write about than twisted and false allegations in a desperate attempt to try and tarnish the reputations of two families. The lies told about me by Heather continue to reach new lows and the only fantasies happening here are the ones she’s concocting in her book."
She further clarified her stance by sharing that Sheriff Shah and she never had any such encounter and it was clear it was a low move from Heather's side just for a financial gain. She also took a dig at the present housewife, Heather Gay, by saying:
"There is a reason why [former Housewives producer] Carlos King dubbed Heather Gay the most dangerous housewife.”
Real Housewives of Salt Lake City Season 5 airs on Bravo on 9/8c.
