The latest Real Housewives of Atlanta Season 16 premiered on March 9, 2025. The Bravo show added three new cast members, including Kelli Ferrell. Her Bravo bio shows she is a celebrity chef, restaurateur, TV personality, and cookbook author.

After the legal battle against her husband, in which he filed to lower his monthly child support payments, the Real Housewives of Atlanta is now facing another legal issue. According to the In Touch report, Kelli is facing a legal battle against her landlord for the unpaid rent for her restaurant.

As the March 26 lawsuit mentions, Kelli is due rent for $101,140.64, which includes interest and the late charges. It was leased in January 2024 for Kelli's Nana's Chicken-N-Waffles located in Sandy Springs, Georgia.

Kelli Ferrell is currently facing two legal battles, one against her husband and another against her Nana's Chicken-N-Waffles, Sandy Springs, landlord.

As her landlord's lawsuit mentions, the female cast member has unpaid rent of $101,140.64. According to the landlord, the agreement was breached by Kelli and Nana's.

"By, amongst other things, failing to obtain required permits, failing to commence tenant improvements, failing to open the premises for business with the public, in addition to failing to pay," the lawsuit states.

In addition to that, it also mentions:

"Despite receipt of the Notices of Default, neither Nana's nor Defendant has cured the Monetary Default or the Non-Monetary Defaults."

As the landlord stated, the female star didn't comply with the obligations under the lease as of March 25, 2025. Due to that, the restaurant stays in possession of the premises, and the lease has not yet been terminated between the parties.

After separating from her husband, Chuvalo Mark Ferrell, in 2022, the duo faces a legal battle. According to In Touch's report, Mark pleaded to lower his monthly child support payments. The final judgment and decree of their divorce was issued by September 2024.

The former couple shares three daughters, Chance (born in 2012) and Chasiti and Chelso (twins born in 2015). The Real Housewives of Atlanta star also has a daughter from her previous relationship. The divorce mentioned Kelli as the primary custodian of the kids while the couple shared legal custody.

The court ordered Chuvalo Mark Ferrell to pay $3,991 monthly for child support. It was based on his monthly income of $19,847, while Kelli was earning approximately $15,000 monthly.

However, according to Mark, since the order was issued for the child support:

"There has been a substantial change in his income and financial status. Specifically, that he is no longer working for the family business that was granted to (Kelli) and his income has been substantially reduced.

After he stated that his income has been "involuntary," Kelli has yet to respond. Fans might know that Mark has also served behind bars to make up for the $14,889, which Kelli stated she was owed. On August 7, 2024, he was booked into the Rockdale County jail and released a few days after posting bond.
