Reacher Season 3 has finally kicked off on Amazon Prime Video with three episodes, and Jack is entangled in a dangerous mission against some new (and old) villains.
His mission in Season 3 is to infiltrate businessman Zachary Beck's operation, whose rug business is a ruse for his illegal criminal operation. Jack plans a fake kidnapping of Zack's son Richard and enters into his operation.
In Reacher Season 3, Zachary Beck is played by actor Anthony Michael Hall, known for Sixteen Candles, The Dark Knight, National Lampoon's Vacation, and many more titles.

What roles has Reacher star Anthony Michael Hall played in his career so far?
Reacher star Anthony Michael Hall started his acting career young, at the age of seven, when he appeared in many commercials for cereals and toys. His film debut was in the 1980 Emmy-winning movie The Gold Bug, where he played the character of a young Edgar Allan Poe.
Among his significant initial roles, Rusty Griswold in National Lampoon's Vacation easily stands out. He played Chevy Chase and Beverly D'Angelo's son. Not only was the movie a commercial hit, 13-year-old Hall managed to garner the attention of screenwriter John Hughes.
Hughes then cast Hall in his directorial debut film Sixteen Candles, where he played the role of The Geek.
Hall's other film credits include The Breakfast Club, Out of Bounds, Johnny Be Good, Halloween Kills, and The Dark Knight.
In addition to films, Hall is also known for his small-screen roles as he had recurring and guest roles in many popular shows like Community, Murder in the First, The Goldbergs, and Warehouse 13. He also had a regular role in the supernatural series The Dead End, which was adapted from a Stephen King novel.
During the 1985-86 Saturday Night Live Season, Hall was among the cast members, along with Randy Quaid, Terry Sweeney, Joan Cusack, Robert Downey Jr., and Danitra Vance. He remains the youngest cast member (17) in the show's history.

Exploring Anthony Michael Hall's character in Reacher Season 3
As mentioned above, Hall's Zachery Beck is a secondary antagonist in Reacher Season 3. As the owner of Bizarre Bazaar, he manages his main illegal business operations. He appears to be a powerful man with a stronghold in the underground criminal world.
In Episodes 1-3, Jack can gain Zach's trust by 'saving' his son and thus gain access to his mansion. He has already taken down his bodyguards and head of security, which means he is gaining entry into his operations.
In an interview with CBR, Hall discussed his character in Reacher Season 3:
‘It’s a very rich character. He has a cover for his life, and is operating within this framework of a criminal network. But there’s a power struggle, and he’s trying to stay alive as a criminal with this very dark side. Then again, the B storyline is essentially his relationship with his son, Richard."
It is clear that Richard is important to Beck, and it would be interesting to see his actions when he learns that he was part of a fake kidnapping set up by Jack.
