Reacher Season 3, a new chapter from the pages of Lee Child's book series, premiered on Amazon Prime Video on February 20, 2025.
The new season, based on Child's Persuader, follows Jack on an undercover mission. He has infiltrated Beck's illegal operation to gain intel on another agent and seek revenge on his old nemesis, Xavier Quinn.
Filming for Season 3 took place from November 2023 to April 2024, and like the previous two seasons, the major scenes were shot in Ontario and Toronto in Canada.
The highlight of this season is Beck's grand mansion, located on the Maine coast. The Escarpment House in Caledon was used as Beck's mansion in the show. The property is exclusively available to rent by a premium golf club.
Here are all the filming locations from Reacher Season 3.
Where is Beck's Mansion from Reacher Season 3 located in real life?

The beautiful and grandiose Beck's Mansion in Season 3, which Jack tries to enter in the season premiere, is a real-life location. The Escarpment House in Caledon, 40 minutes away from Toronto, was made Beck's Mansion for Season 3.
Located at 4411 Escarpment Side Rd, Caledon, ON L7C 0A6, Canada, the House is 14,000 square feet and consists of 4 bedrooms and 14 bathrooms. Equipped with two world-renowned golf courses, the property can accommodate 12 guests at once.
The house is exclusively available to be rented by members of a golf club - The Pulpit. According to the property's official Wikipedia page:
''Guests receive inclusive access to all of the amenities of The Pulpit Club, from golf to hiking, biking to dining.''
The property claims to offer an escape from the busy Toronto life and a luxurious refuge filled with golfing and hiking. While Beck's Mansion from Reacher Season 3 exists in real life, it is not beside an ocean.
The Post-production team added shots of the ocean and waves to make it more in tune with the coast of Maine (where Beck's mansion is located in the show).
Exploring other locations from Reacher Season 3
Like the previous two seasons, Season 3 was also shot in Canada, especially in Bradford. The setting for the new season is Abbottsville, Maine, in the United States, and various Bradford streets were turned into lanes from Abbottsville.
George Street, Dalhousie Street, and King Street are the streets from Bradford featured in Reacher Season 3.
St. John's is another Canadian city featured in Season 3. It is located in Newfoundland and Labrador. The scene in Episode 1 where Jack is waiting for Susan and their subsequent conversation was shot behind the beautiful architecture of St. John.
Another Canadian town in Ontario, Millbrook, was also featured in Season 3 Episode 3. When Jack and Bech drive into a town's toy store, Millbrook's beautiful streets are on complete display. However, the toy store featured in the scene is not real, and the crew reworked an old Millbrook shop to make it look like a toy store.
Season 3 also featured the iconic Lakeview diner, which has been part of Toronto since 1932. The diner, open 24/7 for service, is featured in many Canadian TV shows and movies and offers a classic menu from burgers and milkshakes to specially curated sandwiches.
