Reacher Season 3 Episode 7 left us gasping for breath. Just when we thought we had it all figured out, we were proved wrong. There came a twist that flipped everything on its head.
The weapons deal is actually going down at Beck’s house. Reacher has been played by Quinn again! Though it's unclear if Quinn knows that Beck is on Reacher's side now. But the fact that Quinn misled Beck says that he already knew Beck was going to rat him out.
Plus, Reacher is officially done playing by the rules (not that he ever really did). So, what does this mean for Episode 8? Let’s break it down and get into what we can expect next.

Reacher Season 3: The trap is set but who’s really trapped?
Neagley had been following the supposed buyers. Only to realize that they were nowhere near the place that Quinn had told Beck the deal would take place, Salvage Yard.
When Reacher saw an SUV pull up, it hit him that Quinn wasn’t there. The real deal was happening at Beck’s house. Talk about a game changer!
Now, here’s where things get interesting. Beck knew Quinn was treating him like a dog, but does he really know how expendable he is?
If Quinn’s plan is unfolding at Beck’s house, it’s safe to assume Beck himself is a loose end. Will he realize this in time? More importantly, will Richard, his son, get caught in the crossfire?
Another one of the biggest conflicts brewing here isn’t just between Reacher and Quinn. It’s between Reacher and the ATF, too. Susan Duffy and Villanueva wanted to play this by the book. They called in the ATF, and in return, they got sidelined.
The ATF took over, telling them to sit in a van and watch while they handled the situation. Yeah, like that was ever going to sit well with Reacher.
Sure enough, it didn’t. He walked right out of the van, and got his sniper ready, fully intent on taking matters into his own hands. When Susan confronted him, he made it clear that he isn’t here for justice. He’s here for vengeance.
So, in episode 8, we can expect some serious pushback from the ATF. If Reacher goes rogue (which he will), what happens next? Will the ATF try to stop him? If so, will that just end up slowing down the one guy who actually stands a chance at stopping Quinn?
Also, let’s not forget about Theresa, the CI who has been trapped and drugged by Quinn. Episode 7 gave us a chilling moment when Quinn basically laid out his plan.
He told her that he had to keep her in good condition for the buyers. If it were not for the buyers, he would have had her for himself and then chop her up and dump her "in the riptide like chum."
That means episode 8 is going to be a race against time. Susan’s priority has always been saving Theresa. Now that we know the deal is at Beck’s house, the clock is ticking even faster. Will she be found in time? And if so, what kind of condition will she be in?
Will Reacher get to Quinn first?
Reacher told Susan he wasn’t interested in locking Quinn up. He doesn’t want Quinn behind bars; he wants him dead. When Reacher makes up his mind about something, we all know how that ends.
But with ATF running the operation, that’s going to be a problem. They want Quinn alive. They want an arrest. Reacher just wants to pull the trigger.
Reacher Episode 8 is going to answer a major question: Who gets to Quinn first? And if Reacher does, does he get to finish what he started before the ATF gets in the way?
Beck is in serious danger and Quinn might make an example out of him to send a message. Reacher, realizing the whole deal was a setup, will have to act fast. He'll likely storm Beck's house, but he won’t be the only one. ATF will be closing in too.
Reacher has to decide whether to let Quinn be taken in or end things his way.
