The final episode of Reacher Season 3, titled "Unfinished Business," is set to bring an intense conclusion to the story. This season has mostly stayed true to Persuader, the 2003 book by Lee Child, but the last two episodes have added some new elements exclusive to the TV series.
Just like in the novel, Jack Reacher (played by Alan Ritchson) is out for revenge against Quinn (Brian Tee) while working undercover in a complicated operation involving the DEA and ATF.
The highly anticipated finale, set to release on March 27, will premiere at midnight PST and 3:00 AM EST exclusively on Amazon Prime Video. Clocking in at around 52 minutes, consistent with the length of previous episodes, the finale promises to deliver a thrilling conclusion to the season.
The big showdown awaits
Episode 7 kicked off in Boston, Massachusetts, where Duffy visits Teresa’s grandmother. During this visit, Reacher jokingly says that Duffy is only interested in him for his looks, adding some humor to the intense storyline. But more importantly, the visit clarifies that getting Teresa back is the goal.
Meanwhile, in Chicago, Illinois, Neagley meets with Costopoulos, who confirms Quinn was responsible for the hit on her. He also reveals that Quinn has a habit of taking over other families’ criminal businesses, most of whom have ended up dead.
The tension between Reacher and Duffy finally reaches a breaking point as they kiss and get together. This could have serious consequences in the finale, especially if Duffy’s life is put in danger.
As the season finale approaches, all signs point to an epic battle between Reacher and Paulie. But even if Reacher wins, Quinn will be waiting in the shadows, ready to strike. Episode 7 didn’t have much action, but that’s likely because everything is being saved for the dramatic final confrontation.
Back in October 2024, Amazon confirmed a fourth season of Reacher after Season 3. But that’s not all, there’s also a spinoff series centered on Frances Neagley (played by Maria Sten) currently in production.
With so much excitement building up, the Reacher universe is only getting bigger. The Season 3 finale is likely to deliver a thrilling conclusion, leaving fans eager for more.
