Jack Reacher has again been thrown into action, but this time, he's got a high-stakes undercover mission. Unlike the previous chapters, Reacher Season 3 isn't just about taking down criminals—it's also deeply personal.

The third season kicked off with Jack getting tangled in a DEA operation to infiltrate a shady import business. As the quest begins, the former U.S. Army officer also learns that the "single worst person" he has ever encountered is still alive.

In the latest Reacher Season 3 Episode 4 "Dominique", viewers are offered a dive into the past when Jack confronts Francis Xavier Quinn. Since he's working with the DEA, Agents Duffy, and Villanueva ask him to stop holding back and tell them everything.

When Jack Reacher opens up about the tragic fate of Dominique Kohl and his past confrontation with Quinn, Duffy also makes a big confession about an informant, Teresa Daniel. The DEA agent revealed that she forced Teresa to become an informant inside the Bizarre Bazaar operation by threatening her with drug charges.

After hearing about Dominique's tragic past, Duffy also realizes her mistake and openly accepts it in front of Jack and Villanueva. Duffy's decision put Teresa in a dangerous situation as she was already afraid of facing criminal prosecution.

Reacher Season 3 continues to excite fans with more action and revelations in the coming episodes. In the last episode, episode 4, we dive into the day when Jack shot Xavier Quinn and believed he was dead.

Just when Jack Reacher talks about underestimating Quinn and his personal regret, DEA agent Susan Duffy confronts her own mistakes. She revealed a grave error in the past that could have cost an innocent woman her life.

So, what exactly did Susan Duffy say? As seen in the episode, the agent says:

"I didn't pay Teresa to go undercover. I threatened her with a prison sentence. I made up a story that the DA who prosecuted her boyfriend on drug charges felt that Tersa held back on her testimony so he'd get a lighter sentence, and now the DA wants Teresa to serve time."

She continued:

"I told her that if she helped me, I'd get the DA off her back. But I fu**** up. I f*** that kid over, and now I have to make it right."

Listening to Duffy's confession, Jack admits that they have something in common— a past mistake that hurt an innocent individual. Instead of recruiting Teresa with solid intelligence or proper authorization, Susan Duffy used the drug charges as leverage.

So now, Teresa is a missing informant who was pushed into a dangerous undercover role by Duffy. The episode hints that Teresa might have encountered a tragic fate like Dominique Kohl, and after this deep realization, Duffy is determined to do whatever it takes to make things right.
