Priya Koothrapalli - Rajesh's Sister

Priya is the only sibling of Raj who appeared on the show. She is Raj's younger sister. She is a lawyer at the biggest car company in India. Her first appearance was in season 4, episode 6, titled “The Irish Pub Formulation”. She was portrayed as an intelligent and confident person. She dated Leonard briefly, but they ended their relationship after she went back to India. They were not loyal to each other during their long-distance relationship. After her breakup with Leonard, she did not appear on the show again. She appeared in 12 episodes of The Big Bang Theory from season 4 to season 5.

Adoot Koothrapalli - Rajesh's Brother

Adoot Koothrapalli is mentioned in only one episode of the show. In season 11, episode 23, titled “The Sibling Realignment”, Sheldon is annoyed by his brother, and Raj comforts him by mentioning his own brother, Adoot. He shares that his brother Adoot was mean to him and because of him, Raj lost his pet mongoose. Adoot did not appear in the episode.
