Power Book II: Ghost Season 4 is a spin-off and sequel to Power, a crime-drama thriller series. The fourth season of Power Book II: Ghost has recently been released on Starz.
The series tells the story of the original show's James St. Patrick/ Ghost's son. The spin-off series shows audiences the life of Tariq St. Patrick as he struggles with letting go of his father's legacy. He takes on the responsibility to protect and care for his family but finds himself treading down the same path as his father, all the way to the criminal underworld.
Tariq also ends up getting involved with the merciless, Tejada family. While trying to learn the ropes of the criminal world, he tries his best to juggle college, drug operations, pressure from the law, and time with his loved ones.
With the episodes of the latest season releasing soon, audiences will see an end to the story of Tariq. This isn't the last audiences will see of the series, as its spin-offs Book III: Raising Kanan and Book IV: Force will continue. The series will also be welcoming a new prequel series called Origins.

The fourth and final season of Power Book II: Ghost picks up from where season 3 left off. New alliances form as Tariq and Brayden Weston stand together to face any challenges the world might throw at them.
The duo find a way to protect themselves from getting into the same trouble as they did before. Soon, Tariq discovers Brayden's taste for an irresponsible lifestyle and doubts his partnership with Brayden.
Monet might just be facing her downfall. The fourth season sees Effie seize the day and start afresh at Standford. Following his brother's death, Davis finds his career hanging in the balance and begins to involve himself in criminal activities.
In the aftermath of last season's deceit, Diana and Dru reconsider their involvement in the family business. By working for Noma, Cane sees an opportunity to grow further.
Determined to do anything to expand her business in America, Noma tries to protect her daughter, Anya who has caught Brayden and Tariq's eye. Power Book II: Ghost Season 4 sees Tariq come to terms with his past to save his family.
Is Power Book II: Ghost renewed for a fifth season?
Audiences will not see a fifth season of Power Book II: Ghost. Early this year, the network announced that it would not be bringing back Power Book II: Ghost for a fifth time. While the show was renewed for a fourth season, the network has stated that the latest season will be an end to Power Book II: Ghost.
