Love Never Lies: South Africa star Bohlale found himself in deep waters as Nancy discovered that during his time in Umjolo villa, he formed a deep emotional and physical connection with Mia. During the second Love Never Lies episode, the Umogovo villa's residents were shown the footage of their respective partners as they went through the Eye Detect test.
Nancy found out that Bohlale not only formed a connection with Mia but also had s*x with her, which he disclosed when asked by the show's team. Although his answers added R10,000 to the price pot he lost Nancy's trust and love. Afterward, the residents of the two villas were swapped and it was time for the other cast members to enjoy their time in Umjolo villa.
This made Bohlale anxious as he felt guilty about his actions and knew that he put Nancy in a vulnerable position, which could force her to look for solace in her new match in the Umjolo villa. Love Never Lies fans took a clear side on X and called Bohlale a "liar". One fan took to X and posted about Bohlale's behavior:

Love Never Lies: South Africa tested the bond between the couples as they were split between two completely different villas, Umjolo and Umgovo. The Umjolo villa welcomed a set of singles to test the couples' loyalty while the Umgovo villa had the privilege to witness what their partners were up to and contemplate the ups and downs of their relationship.
However, the test did not bring good news for Nancy, who was shattered by knowing that Bohlale cheated on her with Mia in Umjolo villa. Bohlale also mentioned during his stay in the Umjolo villa that Mia helped him to discover himself, and did not feel that he cheated on Nancy.
In episode 4, the Eye Detect test revealed that Bohlale has s*x with Mia during his stay in the Umjolo villa. Nancy, who learned about this mentioned that Bohlale had lost her respect and trust.
