"Not my type at all" - Love is Blind star Hanni defends herself against Alina's accusations about Ilias

Love is Blind: Germany star Hanni came to the reunion along with Daniel. Sitting across from them were Alina and Ilias. Viewers have been quite curious about the love triangle between them, and it was finally addressed on the couch.

It was started by Alina, who claimed that if Hanni was testing Ilias for her, why didn't she report everything to her? Alina said,

"...what makes me suspicious, even if I see this now if I wanna test somebody for a friend, I go away from myself, I take a good look and give my feedback afterward. It would have been great if you had approached me... In other episodes, you're seen saying to Daniel that you're just testing him for me and flirting all the time. But why didn't you tell me back then?"

Steffi then asked Hanni what did she think of Ilias when she first saw him in person after the pods on Love is Blind. To this, she replies,

"I was never interested ... at no second was I interested in getting involved with him. He's not my type at all. There's no spark, nothing. When I smile, I'm nice or make compliments that you're funny and I like your character, I mean, I don't fancy everybody I give a compliment."

Love is Blind: Germany - Hanni clears out the love triangle accusations

Fingers were pointed at Hanni when Jen started about how she used to bad mouth Daniel behind his back on Love is Blind. Alina chimed in, and even Ilias claimed that he had heard a FaceTime call three months ago, where Hanni was calling Daniel a "loser."

Then, the topic navigated to the love triangle between Ilias, Hanni, and Daniel on Love is Blind. Talking about his point of view, Ilias said,

"The point is, Hanni, I was honest and liked you, really. And you just used that, flirted with me the whole time. I should've definitely been more respectful towards Alina and towards Daniel. It was wrong of me to show interest. But the whole testing and talking yourself out, not standing by your word, for me, that is proof that you were just seeking attention right from the start."

The comments made Hanni emotional, and the hosts decided to take a break from them. Later in Love is Blind reunion, when she was asked what made her feel emotional, Hanni explained,

"It's exactly as I expected. People try to understand me but fail. Then they criticize. It's always the same. I don't have the patience anymore to make people understand. And you know, I'm always quick with words and not so much with deep emotions."

Hanni then turned towards Daniel and cleared everything out for him. She said that he was the one who made everything easy for her during the show. She expressed,

"The only thing that made it easier for me, that's you, and you know that. I told you so often. I mean, this feeling of trust, we wouldn't have that if there was nothing of substance there. But it took a lot of time for me to become the way I am now. And that's all thanks to having you at my side. You healed so much in me. You showed me that a person can just be the way they are and still be loved."

Previously, when Jen, Alina, and Ilias were claiming that Hanni had been talking badly about Daniel behind his back on Love is Blind, she denied the accusations and said that it was not the case.

When asked about their relationship status, Daniel said they are still figuring it out. They are more than friends, but not a couple yet.
