In one of the episodes, the boss's no-nonsense approach, her feud with Jade, and the ultimate showdown in the final episode got viewers questioning Eleonora's behavior towards her employees.
Selling the City fans critical of Eleonora
While some viewers of Selling the City praised Eleonora for her leadership style, a large section of fans criticized her for being too harsh with her team.
A fan called her out, "Ok, something else about El—she keeps bring up Taylor’s marriage issues in front of everyone. Yuck #SellingTheCity"
"El, girl. Work on your boundaries because the way you speak to your “team” is wild. How else would they respond other than letting off steam? #SellingTheCity," commented another X user.
"El is just tacky. I don’t like her at all. #SellingTheCity"
"Eleanora is a micro manager. She’s obviously done very well for herself but her need to control everyone is just …… off putting #SellingTheCity," another fan posted on X.
Taylor mentions having infertility issues and Eleanora gives her 8 seconds before talking about herself like… give her a minute before making it all about you damn #SellingTheCity, posted an admirer.
However, a few viewers of Selling the City liked Eleonora and appreciated her leadership style.
"Eleanora - boss babe, great leader, a girls girl, wonderful fits. Seemed to care equally and manage things well. Jade - Sneaky, not genuine. Being the center of drama all season then running away from the smoke at the end was very telling. #SellingTheCity," read a post on X.
Another fan posted, "Eleanora is exactly who she thinks she is! So stylish, so bossy! #SellingTheCity"
Yet another posted:
"I hope that Eleanora doesn’t change… I love how open she is and hope she is nice and down to earth away from cameras… #SellingTheCity @NetflixUK"
