The Netflix original has taken the dating game to another level by introducing a unique format and a segment of a nuptial ceremony at the end of the series if the couples make it through the process.

The creator and producer of the show, Chris Coelen, has given some other hit reality TV series to the world, like The Ultimatum, Too Hot To Handle, Perfect Match, and so on. During a recent interview with Variety Magzine, Chris Coelen discussed how he creates the world of dating reality TV shows and revealed some insights about the current season of Love Is Blind.
He talked about covering the pod dates extensively over six episodes, revealing that "There were two other engaged couples we didn’t follow." In this season, five couples got married at the end of episode 6. While throwing some light on the same, he said:
"It’s always how the edit works out. We film everything and then we go back and look at how we got there. We put the pieces together. As always, we’re trying to pick the stories that resonate and that we feel are worthy of telling because they lean into authenticity."

Love Is Blind creator and Kinetic Content owner Chris Coelen revealed some one-on-one tea with Variety Magzine about the current season. Talking about what makes this season special, Chris acknowledged using music to add some special elements to mark the fifth anniversary of the series.
Fand must have noticed some nuanced music, including the famous Billie Eilish needle drop in Season 8 of Love Is Blinds. Remarking that love songs are a source of great experience and a perfect tool to evoke the desired feeling. Chris Coelen explained that they wanted to celebrate love songs along with their fifth anniversary to make it memorable.
Citing that deciding to make music an instrument to convey the theme of the show consciously, the show's creator, Chris, remarked:
"Being able to incorporate some of these great songs and great artists into the show is really exciting, and hopefully an elevating, entertaining experience for the audience."
