Chaon Cross as Heather Darden in Chicago Fire
In Chicago Fire, Chaon Cross plays the character of Heather Darden, a character who is notorious for making the wrong choice in every situation. She is the widow of Andy Darden, who died on the line of duty with Firehouse 51, the base for the show.
After Andy's death, Heather is left to raise their two boys, Ben and Griffin, all by herself, and she does not seem to handle the situation very well. In a key point in the show, Darden goes out drinking with her friends, and gets involved in an accident while driving under the influence of alcohol, which ends up killing one of the people in the car.
This gets her arrested and the single mother of two ends up in prison for several months. However, she gets a second chance at life and raising her two boys after she gets out of prison, but instead of seizing the opportunity to do things right, the widow makes choices that land her in prison once again.
Season 13 of Chicago Fire is underway, with fans awaiting the arrival of Episode 16 on March 26th, 2025.
