The fourth episode of 90 Day Fiancé: The Last Resort featured various confessionals about the cast members, especially for Natalie and Josh.
On December 23, 2024, in an episode of the reality show titled The Last Word, Natalie recalled how she and her partner Josh had come to the retreat and participated in the show.
When fellow cast members were shown the same clip where Josh came to see Natalie before leaving the resort, and what they discussed, they also shared their views.
Seeing the video clip, Natalie shared:
"I was holding on so tight on this relationship for one only reason. Josh always keep coming back and giving me hope. The thing is, I wasn't even sure that I will be on this retreat with Josh because we were on and off. He convinced me."

During the show's fourth episode, participants shared their views when they witnessed some of the clips of incidents that had happened. One of the video clips featured during the episode was between Natalie and Josh. It was from when Josh was about to leave the next morning after Natalie's fight at the club.
90 Day Fiancé: The Last Resort star Natalie and Stacey saw the video. The clip featured Josh arriving with his belongings and asked Natalie how she felt. She said that she was "good."
Referring to what happened then, Natalie mentioned that she was "holding" on to her relationship with Johs "so tight." She shared how Josh "always keeps coming back." The female participant shared that her relationship with Josh was "on and off."
She recalled how Josh convinced her to participate in the show and how they ended up at the resort. Natalie told the cameras that Josh "begged" her and asked for a "chance."
When Stacey asked to clarify if Josh "begged" her to come to the retreat. Natalie said, "Yes."
"Yes. He was like crying. He was saying all of this stuff. What the f*ck?" said Natalie.
The flashback clip continued after the 90 Day Fiancé: The Last Resort star shared how things went between her and Josh.
In the clip, Natalie told Josh about how he "messaged the girl."
"She said you invite her privately, and you kind of hitted on her. It's what she says," said Natalie. Josh, you're a w*ore. You're a w*ore. Low class, low key w*ore."
Additional 90 Day Fiancé: The Last Resort cast members, including Jasmine, also agreed with what Natalie said in the clip. Jasmine said that she felt "bad" for Natalie after seeing such behavior from Josh towards Natalie.
"Absolutely, I agree with her. He's such a jerk, like to Natalie, to be honest. I feel bad for her, even when, though she's crazy, and you know, she's like go from one extreme to the other. We all have our, our flaws so, she doesn't deserve the way he has been to her to be honest."
Fellow cast member Ariela also agreed. The clip further shows Josh leaving after he told Natalie "good luck" and hoped that she would apologize to everybody because "they deserve it."
Josh then left the resort. When the producers asked him what happened, Josh said that Natalie was "delusional."
