Netflix recently aired the much-awaited Love is Blind UK reunion on August 26, 2024, on its platform. The 12th episode of the show, which was shot a year after the couple’s weddings, revealed which couples were still together and which were not.
Among several couples who exchanged their “I do” during the finale episode of Love is Blind UK, Steven Smith and Sabrina Vittoria announced their split during the recent reunion.
Fans must remember they were the first couple to get engaged on the dating reality show, but they are no longer together a year after the show was filmed. Chiming in on their split, Steven shared how the couple had underestimated the “pressure” of long-distance.

The popular social experiment's finale episodes featured several couples' wedding ceremonies on Netflix. However, things have not been the same for Steven Smith and Sabrina Vittoria since then.
During the recently aired reunion episode on the platform, the couple shared that they have split and are no longer together.
"There was so much I fell in love with about Steven. Then, we agreed that we were going to split our time between Belfast and London for the first year," shared Sabrina.
She added that they somehow ended up in a long-distance relationship and had “awful communication.” Sabrina shared that there was “no consistency” in Steven’s behavior towards her or their relationship.
On the other hand, Steven shared that they “underestimated” the pressure of long distance and its effects. He added they lost their “spark.”
Sabrina claimed that Steven did not make any adjustments for her. She also shared how she traveled more than him. Later in the reunion, the former Love is Blind UK couple also shared that they hadn’t seen each other for over eight months.
While Steven stated,
"A lot of the things are not facts, and I don’t recognise who you are at the moment."
Sabrina responded,
"I don’t feel like you respected me or appreciated me, and I don’t think you considered me."
Love is Blind UK star also added that Steven told her to “get over it” just two days before Christmas. Steven then shared, referring to his experience, that he was not a perfect person and could see his “shortcomings.”
