Selling Sunset Season 8 Episode 3, Cat's Out of the Birkin Bag, featured realtor Bre Tiesi receiving "damaging" information about fellow agent Chelsea Lazkani. She got to know it from her friend Amanda Lynn, who learned it from her friend.
At the beginning of the third episode, Bre talked over the phone with Amanda. She mentioned that the "tea" needed face-to-face. Hence, the Selling Sunset star met her friend later in the episode.
While sharing the news with Bre, Amanda said that,
"When I've been in a situation when something's going on, I know. Women's intuition. We always have a feeling."
Selling Sunset Season 8 Episode 3: Bre meets her friend Amanda Lynn
On Selling Sunset Season 8 Episode 3, Bre's first day returning to work, she got a call from her friend Amanda Lynn.
"Well, I'm Team Bre, you know that. So - - But I did hear something. I'm like, hmm, this is good information to know for Bre. Well, I - - It's a little much to say. I'm a little being cautious with information because the tea is hot," said Amanda.
Hearing that it was important, Bre suggested that they should meet "face-to-face," to which Amanda agreed.
Later that day, Bre went to see her friend to learn more about her call.
"Amanda is also a real estate agent, and she's a really good friend of mine. I've known her for probably a decade," confessed Bre.
The episode also showed a glimpse of the past season, when Bre and fellow agent Emma met Amanda on the show.
Amanda asked Bre if she was "getting along" with all the girls at the office since she returned recently. Bre shared that she had always gotten along with everybody,
"Except for Chelsea obviously, and it was more she had a problem with me. But I have no desire to have an actual, genuine relationship with her. You know, I'm grown. We can work together, but that's it."
Amanda then shared that she had "a little bit of drama," so Bre moved her chair closer and seemed joyful as they laughed.
Amanda continued,
"So I did hear something that can be damaging about Chelsea's (Lazkani) husband. I didn't see it with my own eyes, but I do have text proof. I do believe this person because I’ve known him forever, and he lives in the same residence where he saw this. Let me show you."
Then she pulled out her cell phone and stated that she was a "factual, actual kind of gal."
Amanda continued what her friend mentioned in the text messages; as she read from her phone,
"Okay, he goes, "So you know Chelsea's boyfriend?"
Selling Sunset star corrected her and said, "husband," not "boyfriend." Amanda agreed and continued,
"He (Chelsea's husband, Jeff) was in my lobby at the W with one of our female residents. "Making out with her." I said, "Shut up." "Two days ago. I swear on my mom."
Bre said that this type of information was "hard to digest."
"For most people, this is detrimental to their entire existence. To us, we're like, 'Another one. Next.' Like, it's not the same, but that's not her situation. She’s been with him since she was 20," shared Bre.
Amanda said that was the reason why she was "treading lightly." She added that everyone deserves to "know the truth."
