In a recent interview with ScreenRant, when asked about the series' upcoming seasons, he reportedly mentioned in a statement:
"It’s very different."

According to reports, Season 2 is currently being filmed, and the third installment will also go into production soon. To quote his exact words:
"We’re on location a lot more, and season 3, which we’re about to start, is even bigger than season 2."
Daniel Dae Kim has portrayed the part of a tyrannical leader who rules the Fire Nation, and as the show progresses to the next chapters in the saga, we can expect a lot more of his impact. Per ScreenRant, an increased number of spots are being visited for shooting purposes.
