Sabrina Egerton from Love is Blind UK Season 1 recently appeared on Sarina Bellissimo's The Bellissimo Files podcast on August 29, 2024. During the podcast episode, Sabrina shared various things, including her experience with the social experiment and how things have been since she and her ex-husband, Steven, ended things in a short period.
The Love is Blind UK star also revealed her takeaways from the show and discussed following her "intuition." The podcast also revealed how Sabrina was not allowed to share anything about what she was going through for almost eight months because of the signed NDAs with the show and more.
The host, Sarina, asked Sabrina about the "biggest lesson" the show taught her.
"Trust your intuition. (Laughed) Trust your intuition, and ask questions later. I think as women, sometimes we forget, you know, we are so in tune, and our bodies are, umm sometimes, do send warnings and signals, and it’s learning to listen to that," shared Sabrina.

While on the podcast with Sarina Bellissimo, Sabrina talked about many things, mainly what she had been through during eight months and how she had refrained from using her phone.
Additionally, because of her feelings of "failure and embarrassment," Sabrina isolated herself from her friends and family.
Love is Blind UK star also shared how she has learned to trust "her intuition" since the show and everything that happened afterward. Moreover, as Sabrina shared, she also got a tattoo referring to the same.
"I even got a tattoo about "intuition" after I was like….I’m never ever going to doubt myself again," Sabrina revealed.
Before the episode ended, the host asked the marketing consultant about her future. The Love is Blind UK star revealed she was already back to work after taking a couple of weeks off and catching up with her work and clients.
"Yeah, I’m really focused on my clients at work at the minute."
She also shared how she loves her work and will continue it. She’ll "just see" what else happens along the way. Sabrina added that she has been feeling "overwhelmed" by all the negative feedback she has received.
Sabrina said she has received an "overwhelming response" from many women across the world. She mentioned that women from countries such as Japan, Hawaii, Canada, and Mexico have contacted her. Despite her wishes to reply to everyone, she has been unable to do so.
