Dancing with the Stars Season 33 wrapped up its finale night with three hours of dazzling performances, entertainment, and fun-filled line-ups of familiar faces. Amongst this lineup was the infamous "nothing" star Anna Delvey who left the show on a bitter note. However, this time Anna Delvey had different views about her experience on the show, and revised her statement.
In an exclusive interview with Page Six on November 28, 2024, Delvey opened up about joining the former dancing partner Ezra Sosa once again to perform during the finale episode which aired on Tuesday, November 26, 2024, on ABC. Anna Delvey joined the show with Ezra Sosa and unfortunately, the duo got eliminated during the first elimination round along with Tori Spelling and Pasha Pashkov.
The ex-con artist was furious about her elimination and when asked about her takeaway by the host Julianne Hough, Delver replied, "Nothing". Nevertheless, the comeback as a guest performer in the finale changed her views. She told Page Six that she was "grateful" for the chance and enjoyed it. She further added:
"I feel great. Yeah, it was so much fun. It was so exciting. I think this time [it] was so much more lighthearted because there was no pressure and it was not a competition. We were just here to enjoy it and to have fun.”
"Collaborated with the costume department"- Dancing with the Stars celebrity Anna Delvey revealed how she personalized her tracking device
Dancing with the Stars celebrity and infamous ex-con artist Anna Delvey took her fashion game in the show to another level when she collaborated with the fashion department of the show to give a unique touch to her tracking device. Anna Delvey had to take a special order from U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) to participate in the show.
Delvey had to keep her tracking device throughout her performance, for which she asked the costume department to give it a dazzling look too. The artist revealed after her premiere performance how she made her tracking device part of her costume. She told Page Six:
"Well, we collaborated with the costume department. Obviously, we could not leave the ankle bracelet naked, so we decided to match it [to my dress], and it’s like a little sleeve. Noting that the rhinestones were applied onto fabric – not “directly” glued onto the device. “So, it was a fun little thing to do!”
Dancing with the Stars Season 33 aired its finale on November 26 and declared Joey Graziadei and Jenna Johnson as the winners of the Len Goodman Mirrorball Trophy.
